Greg is approaching his new nature the same way he's always tackled his life, with a determination to excell.

Made it to the fangy finish line. From reading this chapter, vampires have no issues with sunlight unless they are in their true form as Scott had to be when he was rushing Greg to be saved. So Scott really was the young boy Greg remembered and old Mr. Zell is a heck of a lot older than he seemed.

Greg and Scott were almost counting chickens before they were hatched with their plans developing the farm property until James pointed out the huge kink which they had overlooked.

Some learning moments from Dad. How Greg hadn't put together the Warnick's are wealthy can be attributed to obliviousness. Anyone owning multiple car dealerships and seeking more would have to be well off. They do hide it well by being low key.
