Some intonations or lack of intonation can be extremely irritating. -
Most often those chimney fires are caused by build ups of soot and creosote. The older the house the less dangerous they tend to be because older chimneys were built thicker than newer construction. Most fires in older houses came from stray embers from open fireplaces, kitchen accidents, overturned candles or oil lamps, and lightning.

Welcome to Kippy Express! Keep you r tray tables up and no need to fasten seatbelts. We'll be there in a shake of a bunny's tail. The manifestation and the Gonkers are two separate but related entities. Leafy Man is quite powerful, but I sense no particular ill will from it. It is familiar enough with our world and buildings to know the purpose of doors but seemingly ignores windows. If any of them could make contact, Browbeat would seem to be the most obvious candidate since he's already a ghost and the biotechnology is basically indestructible. This is a fascinating case and not having to hide their skwish from Mildred makes it more of a collaborative experience.

It appears I was right about the paper plate on a post address. Mildred put it up to help them find the house. Another thought, does she even have a conventional phone or does Lugh take care of that too?

It would be zero cost living. You have to wonder what Mildred does all day. She seems friendly and fairly normal. The nature of the house pretty much demands a remote location. It doesn’t make any allowances for any contact with other people.

So the explanation for the questions posed about the house alone is it's enchanted. It's quite marvelous on its own. Mildred' s ability is a counterpart of the skwish we're familiar with. Now to the entity or entities who were already occupying the property before Mildred moved the house there. They seem puzzled by the house suddenly appearing there and can sense the house's power, but aren't perceived as a threat. I can see why Mildred is annoyed and yet not frightened. Our boys mission is to find out the nature of the mysterious beings and try to communicate with them. It's not an easy task ahead of them.
