Thanks for some more insight into Michael, at least from Chris's perspective. Like Lux I still wonder if there was something in Michael's early years that set him on this path. Or maybe he was just wired that way. For years in the nature vs nurture debate I was a big supporter of nuture. After teaching for many years, and having siblings in class, I began to change my mind. Seeing two very different kids with the same parents/home life made a strong case for being born that way. Thanks. Jeff

I am happy that Chris has the support of other young wolves in this pack. In spite of suicidal thoughts I feel like he will get through this and come out the other side a better person.

I binged chapters one through twenty today. My lawn is not mowed, my dishes are not done, and my desk still needs the papers on it sorted. Although I should make you come to my home to help me catch up on chores, instead I will thank you for this great story! You wrote well developed characters I grew to care about. Their conversations were believable. You sprinkled in details to make it easy to relate to these characters. Maybe you had too many cliffhangers. 😜 But at the end of each chapter, cliffhanger or not, I couldn't wait to get on to the next chapter. Thank you for a most enjoyable day! Jeff P.S. I'm retired so my chores can wait until tomorrow.

Well when it finally happens the sex is hot! But then is spite of the pitfalls and roadblocks, the sex has always been hot! Can't wait to see what happens with Ryo in NYC.

Will Soubi go along with Sei's plan for Ryo? And what will that do to both of them and their romance. The romance seems to already have developed big cracks.

Is this idea of family obligation so ingrained in their culture that Ryo must let it ruin his life? I thought this attitude was changing in modern day Japan. I suppose it unrealistic for Ryo to tell his parents to "get lost" and go live his own life. It is interesting how Soubi and Ryo seem to have switched roles from their start of the story.

Drama much? I know Soubi has been under a lot if stress, but he's not even stopping to think if things can work out in Ginza. The "reunion" was sweet.

Oh this is so frustrating. Everyone is in limbo, and there doesn't seem to be any escape soon. Still loving our guys and hoping for a break for them.

You really managed to hit the highs and lows with this chapter. I hope Kaito can keep Soubi from falling apart, and I hope Ryo can survive being with his parents.

This was a mostly pleasant little interlude. This can't be all we're going to hear from Mother and Rin. More trouble waiting in the wings?

The sex between these two is pretty hot! And both being jealous was amusing. No Rin yet, and nothing from Ryo's family directly. I'm certain the guys need to clear both these hurdles before the HEA. I'm really enjoying how you're developing this story and these characters! Thanks. Jeff

Oh Lilansui, you are evil! Just as things are sorting themselves out between Ryo and Soubi you bring back the old boyfriend. Have to take a break, but I'll be back for more.

Loved the new character Sasha! He was just the calm voice Soubi needed to hear. I need to stop reading and do a few chores, but you keep ending at a spot that makes me read another chapter. 😉 One more and then I pause.

In a romantic story there is almost always a set back or two. It's sad, but Soubi is learning how hard it can be to change your reputation. People often don't want to accept that you're trying to change.

I hope Ryo keeps being a caveman. I think Soubi needs that to get himself sorted. And if love happens that would be great! Also, I really liked Kaito! He is a great distraction for Soubi.

Like Joann I am wondering how Ryo fits into Soubi's life. It is hard for me to imagine Soubi being treated badly and then going weak at the knees when Rin shows up much later. I also wonder why Rin is back.
