Oh that's good then. i like when i can get things over with. I cooked potatoes to put in the fridge this morning, now i am going to marinate and package up some chicken thighs. I will cook some of them later too, since this week is gonna get stinking hotter. ugh Is your hair purple or pink or blue now?

That's too hot.. its 22c here feeling like 29c. Also too hot. i hate summer. Hey you have a great trip, chris.. wow, I'm sure it will be amazing. Now, happy Friday. i need to think of what i need from the grocery store. Do we have to eat? I mean really. We've spent years eating, can we just stop now? Wouldn't life be wonderful if you just eat Danish and donuts for breakfast, fast food along with a Tim Hortons's cappuccino thing for lunch and watermelon, pineapple and cherries for dinner and whatever dessert you want later. Sigh.. but no, we have to eat vegetables.. so Korean BBQ pork with stir-fried flat cabbage, onion, peppers and carrot for dinner on some nice jasmine rice.

i didn't go there.. just froze the disc, then picked it up and splodged the chocolate on.. so that they have a coating on the top and bottom.. not around the sides unless it slid down there on its own..

I made eight. They are slightly smaller than regular peanut butter cups. Chocolate is a bit too thick, but i'm okay with that. lol

@kbois thanks to you, i used less skyr to avoid the soury thing.

Okay, yesterday I made frozen peanut butter cup pops. There are real recipes online, but i watched a short on YouTube.. you need Greek yogurt but i used skyr as it is a little less sour and our 25% less fat smooth peanut butter, 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla and i think about 1/2 a tablespoon of splenda brown because our PB is not sweet. I maybe used 1/2 a cup of pb and a heaping tablespoon of yogurt. I was just making a small batch.. After i mixed the pb and skyr, it wasnt pb flavour enough so i added a bit more. And mixed everything together, then on a small tray lined with parchment it spooned out some satisfactory sized dollups and then shaped them a bit with wet fingers into discs. Then froze them.. then i melted some chocolate chips with a bit of butter and painted that onto the discs on both sides.. put them back on the parchment and froze them. They are soooo good. Michael and I had a couple last night while at the 'movies'. They are very yummy.

Watched The Hail Mary Project tonight...it was a wonderful film. We both liked it a lot. Currently showing on Amazon Prime. Best thing i've seen for a while.

I was looking for gay fiction. I joined because I wanted to tell someone what i thought of their story. We talked a bit and after a while they encouraged me to post some poetry here. I had no intention of doing that or writing anything, but here we are.
