I made them for men's size 42 or US size 9, they fit me perfectly. It's Knit Picks Hawthorne sock yarn, made on five 2.25mm double pointed needles. A total of 64 stitches over 4 needles. They are the right size for me. The squares are 1", you're right.

Here's some junk i've been making... i just washed these wool socks and don't have a sock form to dry them on so they look a little weird.. This is part of a small lace scarf i've just finished. It's made from lace or aka fingering weight yarn..wool..

How do you know you've done this? Have a good Friday. As some know, i've been sick...that is sicker than my usual sicknesses that don't go away. i'm grumpy from being sick this week and don't feel like my bouncy self. I don't even want a donut. ugh

Box? Chair? Empty keg? Where there's a will, there's a way, even for dachshunds.

i don't know... when i did? i do my best not to think about how old i am physically. Mentally i'm still a teenager, that's good enough for me.

i wear many labels, some of my own making, many from others. It's not a good feeling. Your poems are wonderful and i hope they touch others as they have done me. Thank you, Parker. xoxo

All of them are well done. But my favourite is this one In God we may trust But people must not use him to justify hate There are some 'special' Christians in this world of ours who use a big yellow highlighter while reading the Bible. Thanks for all of these.

You've painted our world, Bill. Let's hope we can find ways to work together to keep and celebrate all its diversity.

i find that Americans love to label everything...too much so. I've heard the terms you've mentioned used but we get so much American stuff in Canada, we use the terms as well. But nowhere near as much as you do down there. And Happy Friday.

    A Memo To Elon

Mikiesboy commented on Parker Owens's story chapter in A Memo To Elon

wonderful things you've done, your To-Do list is something we should all aspire to. I remember when my nephew came in, years ago now, saying he'd discovered this amazing guy to follow on Then-Twitter. Elon Musk, who was full of brave ideas - How the mighty have fallen and betrayed many who admired him. But I digress. Thank you for these beautiful scenes, I'm grateful as always for your words and more glad that you can write them. I'm afraid i no longer write. It seems a fruitless task. Thanks to you, though.

You remember, and because of you, we do, also. You cannot save everyone; some do not want to be saved. Life is relentless. Thank you for these.
