Well, I worked at a place called 'Swiches Deli for a while, but that was when I first joined Gay Authors. I found a better opportunity at The Filling Station, and then 'Swiches suddenly went out of business. The first year of the pandemic, I was placed on furlough, but I'm back at work now.

I'm working tomorrow, but I have Saturday off. I think I'll go to the library for a bit, and maybe Morgan and I will take Max for a drive somewhere.

The new movie Close, directed by Lukas Dhont, is available on satellite pay-per-view; $20 for a 48-hour rental. Or, I could just buy the movie outright on Amazon, for the same price.

Actually, they come from the same race as Gandalf: the Maiar. But Morgoth corrupted them with darkness, and their forms became twisted.

I was thinking of something more like Ungoliant. Even Morgoth was helpless against her wrath, after he betrayed her. Drewdo is terrified of spiders, so the literal Mother-of-all-spiders should put him in his place.

Glad to hear the writing is going well! Morgan, Max and I are doing good. We had plans to go out for dinner, but the poor visibility due to the weather made that impossible. We rescheduled our restaurant plans for Sunday, and stayed at home. We had broccoli, potato, and ham chowder.
