No, really. So-called "Hawaiian pizza" was actually created by Sam Panopoulos, a restaurant owner in Ontario, Canada. "Hawaiian" was actually the name of the brand of canned fruit they used.

Pineapple pizza was made by Canadians. Pineapple on a burger is Australian. We, the people of America, had nothing to do with either of those things.

Hey, B! We had tea-smoked pork loin for dinner, with peach marmalade sauce. On the side: roasted fennel, carrot, and onion, as well as Potatoes Anna.

Glad you guys had fun! We're doing pretty great at home. Max got invited to a birthday party on Saturday the 10th. He's really looking forward to it, because it breaks up the humdrum routine of school and ballet classes.
