Searching my thoughts and dreams. Trying to touch that elusive thing. Like butterflies slipping away From searching fingertips. Searching the summer nights And winter days. Never meant to push you away. Running from the love you gave. I’ll end my days Searching for you.

i agree A!. as being on the receiving end of many hurtful words (some said and some ignored)words have hurt more than any bruise, broken bone or wound given to me. i can hear them, like a tape looping, telling me what a horrid and disgusting person i am and that i shouldn't be allowed to live. coming back here after being gone, the greatest words i heard was "i was missing you". it gladdens my heart. great blog and comments!

If I just lay here Lost between slumber and awareness My mind recalls: Whispers in the night, That bring shivers to my spine. Gentle breaths blowing past the curve of my ear. Lips nibbling at my collarbone. Fingers threading through messed up hair. Sweat being wiped from my body. Just lying here, a single tear escapes. My heart sighs, wondering if will you ever heave a sigh and wish for me?

like molly, i think "normal" is boring and over-rated. my normal is not your normal and i'm ok with that unless your normal involves rape, murder or hurting kids. i've never been "normal" in any part of my life. i was born dead and things got crazier from there. actually i think that's cool and that is what i've tried to instill in my children. i like the concept of normal is fluid. great coversation starter, molly!

Unanswerable and Idle Observations
mogwhy commented on Parker Owens's story chapter in Unanswerable and Idle Observations
the craving to be wanted and the unanswerable questions merge in this offering. sad, moving, you write it so well. -

Bas had a mental breakdown that probably been building since he learned about Kes. he gave Kes a lot of guidance and teaching before Bas broke. so not much dumping. remember Bas has been the head of everything for a long time. i'm thinking Bas reevaluated his life and needed a change. Bas ran away and found love where he didn't expect it. Kes and Bas are a lot alike and on a deep level Kes understood his dad.

thanks Caz. i understand that issues. i've had that problem before too. through the years, when i've lost someone, i try to keep fresh in my mind, this: We are better for knowing you. Being held within the hearts you leave behind, is to live forever.

Liz and Ryder can never go back to the friendship they had, but now they have a chance to build another one from the ashes. Liz better get over the slapping thing. there are laws against spousal abuse. just saying... and mike being a cop is a mandatory reporter
