Gary that was wonderful esp falkor. Pets really become part of our life in no time...N then we just can't part with them!! The last stanza is so relatable!! Another great writing from u!! -
Wow moggy. It seems u r in a brighter mood. The first one seemed like u r lying in a grassy land watching the sunlight trickle through trees in ur lovers arm... And second one was very reminicing...beautiful

A question that I have asked myself sometimes but always came with the answer that perhaps God has something better planned n I 'll believe so for u n ur kid too. It was a very touching poem. It has a question n theme. I love how u went about it without being dramatic. I liked the rhythm that u maintained through out the poem ...N the repeating lines had a emphatic emphasis on the unfairness! Wonderful!!!

MEETING Reluctant steps, unwilling entry, Not a very thrilling activity. Five sweaty players n a bouncing ball, High level stamina, energetic n tall. Ball through the basket is the goal, Players working for it body n soul. Basics are the beginning, Main aim is entering, Nothing seems too interesting As I started with the dribbling!

Chapter 11 Hero and Being Me

'I guess it’ll have to do But I’ll not give up on you' Something I love about ur poem is that it almost always have a positive note!! Being me seemed to describe u on ur everyday life, sweet, short n so u Hero reminded me all the fairy tales that I read as a kid n thought them to be true n thought one day a prince charming would sweep me off my feet!! But as I grew, I realized this world is big bad place with lots of judgemental people n no prince in shining armor (in fact there r wolves in human skin). It felt like u too r recalling those childhood days. Only difference is I gave up on the idea long back but u still r hoping! Sometimes I wish I had some of ur spirit n positivity!! It was wonderful parker...I got the image of u n ur beloved sitting in a garden watching sunset, and the breeze blowing where u can smell the sun, the grass n ur man... It was a lovely poem...very beautiful!!

Let me describe ur poem in ur own words 'insatiable' n 'unquenchable' .... U always leave wanting 'more' The line 'equal love and mirrored madness slake the thirst n fill the soul' was the best mirroring the desire deep down which can't be satisfied!! Great poem

'Goodbye' this word itself sparks a sort of sadness weather it is temporary or permanent. The hardest part of life is to say goodbye! But I think u need to do it anyway. That person may stay with u forever but of course not physically. Ur poem has always been touching. Wonderful tim n I wish u the very best in life!!

What a set of beauty.... Loved the second poem...truth was echoing in every words of it. N the 1st one resonates with me somewhere...reminds of some distant memory...nice moggy!!

The first one has a meloncholy tone. I like the imagery of the snow building a burial... The 2nd one has a clear picture of spider weaving his net hiding in the window from the cold!! Both were wonderful haikus!!

Both were so sweet!! The first one's description of wind's song from tenor to soprano was so superb. N if m not wrong the second one is of a pet cat stretching in a warm sofa!! Wonderful haikus!!

I could feel both the longing to belong as well as the loneliness in your words. I guess this feeling of fitting in n wanting to belong is quite common n everyone must have gone through it at some point. Very well written...

Hi Renee, It made me remember those days when u have too many emotions n feel too full! The comparison with natural disasters was a very powerful way of depicting how strong the emotions are! Really written well!
