For those of us who were adults in the 80’s this powerful AIDS/HIV-dominated story will resonate strongly.. And yet, the more dominant theme is love in all of its torturous glory. This isn’t the easiest book in the CAP series but deserves a 5***** rating like the others. Magnificent writing.

A short but impactful story. Set in the author’s world of hope in the darkness, this is HOPE with capital letters. We need more Aunt Mays in our world. very thought-provoking 🤔

Agree 100%. However, in my innocence (!) I did have to do some research into what exactly was a cat boy. A steep learning curve here for me….. Laura, you maintain your level seemingly without effort. You are my find of 2022! -
Such a good follow up to the amazing Good boys…… In many ways Rusty is a far more complex character which makes the cups intriguing. As ever, the Laura F humor is abundant. a great great read so far. love it

I think on the one hand it’s the price of being really popular but on the other we readers need to take into account that you guys have lives, families, jobs, or whatever. Thought I was following this story and was complaining, to myself, about Carlos abandoning his loyal readers…. Then. I saw a reference to new chapters and realized that, sadly, at 65 I’m losing it….. anyway, Carlos from a really loyal fan - thank you. I’m loving this stage in BCL. And as I sip a glass of mistella: Salut i força al canut! ps my Catalán speaking other half had to check my spelling!
