    Like every other narcissist except for the immense wealth…. The story telling by @Mark Arbour continues to develop at such a high level. Even if you hate Jeremy or, dare I say it, Will, those feelings are a credit to the author and his skill. 2024 has been a bumper year for your fans, Mark. Will the Wonderboy, saviour of the GA universe, etc etc. BTW, anyone choosing the third opposition is automatically eliminated from the count…… Happy Christmas/Holidays/St Grinch Day etc.

    Nope, encouraged by my mother, I gave up working in the investment industry and came out here.

    Lilebeth was suggested by my other half. Her crimes increase almost daily. Today I came home after a quite visit to village shops to find the living room stank of stale coffee…. The floor and their bed were covered in coffee grinds. My (expensive) weinerdog-proof recycling system failed……

    Yep, the “facts” about Jack leaving for Spain are based on me. I met my “Joan” (Catalan name with two syllables) in Earls Court in May 1999. I’m in Spain since 2003.

    Thank you all for your nice comments! facts: the village exists and there is indeed only one pottery left; the eagles over the viaduct - an almost spiritual moment; Greta the dachshund who will be joined in future adventures by Lilebeth AKA Spawn of Satan fiction: Juan and his mother, although I saw her and she scared me to death with a look!
