It’s a pretty solid rom com with a difference. What makes it great, for me, is apart from the leading actors, there are juicy lines for a plethora of lesser characters…..

    Chapter 2

Thanks! For some reason I thought I was on Gold Coast in Aussie! @P. E. Knapp I should be having a post paella siesta but I’m hooked on your story! If I’m in a bad mood this evening you are to blame!!!!!

    Chapter 2

I so agree. A clever use of a refresher course to repeat basics for us non-divers. This is a v nice story, indeed. Where is it set?

Just imagine the Sister Superior from Derry Girls being the head of Menlo College and interviewing Clare after Marie got caught for something…….
  7. Im sure there will be! Another Saturday morning treat as I lie on the bed surrounded by the havoc caused by two puppies destroying paper tubes……

Tempting but what would JP say to you @Jean87? Could you bear that look of disappointment as he shakes his head whilst looking at “Posterboy” writhing on the floor? Yes you could? Me too!!!!

An ace chp, friends old and new. And the “poor” little rich boy, ahhhhhh, bless him, as my niece would say.

    The Garden

Fascinating Start. I’m quite intrigued and v pleased to have another good read, written in perfect prose. A delight.
  13. Another treat from @Robert Hugill. A great start.
  14. Just a little reminder, you have people all over the world who love your writing, are grateful for you sharing directly, or indirectly, what life can be like, and above all, who wish you all the best. For my small part, a huge hug from Spain 🤗
  15. That looks really good! Thank you 😊
  16. So, what is Matt letting himself in for as a School Ambassador? An interested start to the story… and who doesn’t like a few hunky Norwegians on the side, as it were.. nice job @paren01 🤗
  17. Thank you! Yes, they are excellent. The poor son cutting his nose off to spite his face for so long. I must revisit. The writing is first rate. regards and thanks @Flip-Flop
  18. Perhaps caramelised apple cobbler? But I don’t know what a cobbler is, apart from a shoe repairer…… But anything with sugar and apples has to be good! BTW can anyone remind me of the author of the stories based on an apple farm. They were v good.
  19. What a fantastic song this is. Stevie Nicks’ voice is perfect.

Normally few can express themselves as clearly and concisely as @Wesley8890, but here they seem unable to state a clear opinion……. British humour Wesley, I’m 100% with you!

I suppose my question with the p**s artist previously known as JJ, Jays or just a pain in the butt, is whether the leopard can change its spots. So many good things he seems to be doing and then sends a photo of his face to keep the anti Will feeling going. The fact that there are so many battles over Jeremy amongst readers is a testament to @Mark Arbour‘s skill. Kudos to him!
  22. The story advances well. The twins are becoming stars in their own right. An excellent installment. Thank you Robert.
  23. 🔥 🔥 🔥 phew, But the names as well are striking. I’m intrigued by the “virgin thong”, amongst others!

    Pregnancy

Umm. I suspect that Carmella’s name might be mentioned in the (in)famous Treaty of Heathfield between the Earl and Countess of Brentwood, at least in Caroline’s version…..

    For you

As @Talo Segura writes in an excellent review, “This story is different”. It is but is well worth the effort. To be honest, I’m not sure I would have read a long series, but this punchy, 10-chapter-long short tale was an attractive option to keep on reading until the last, excellent, sentence. A slightly quirky tale of two naive people. Well-worth a read.
