Jay knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. It’s precision calculations. He doesn’t know much about Loren, so to some extent, Jay doesn’t even know exactly how precision his calculation is. 💯💯

He said you have to be more than good looks and a hot body to be successful in the business. That really has nothing to do with Sven lowering his pants after a long day of working. That’s just Loren having sex (responsibly, after making sure everything was done for the day) Which is really a perk of his hard work.

As someone who has a husband that deals with homeless on a daily basis, I would not recommend confronting them. There’s a lot of really great ones, but there’s a lot of ones that have mental illnesses and it can be quite dangerous! -
Great questions @frosenblum. They are hard to answer without taking away from the story as it unfolds. I will say that there isn't great detail of what Loren did for the 9 months, but I think you get a general idea to build your own consensus. As to Loe's patience, well...he and Jay are very different people...
