hrmm dont think so, should send through the same protocols as regular MMS... it'll just go faster with 3G. I could be wrong though especially with the video. I know only the 3g and 3gs phone can do it. but that is a hardware feature and not a 3g feature I believe.

nope its included in the messaging charge you already pay per month that a plus I guess...

Sorry, I wasn't sure if you had or not given some of your responses... which are the blanket responses of many Apple enthusiasts when someone voice a legitimate complaint about an otherwise stellar piece of equipment. Your Response of Get a blackberry or a win based phone are strewn throughout a number of different Mac sites, including their own support forums. Its like there is some sort of cult of don't complain or they might take it all away! AT&T's exclusivity is neither here nor there... if it would have gone to Verizon the same issues would have cropped up. Like it or not the phone is a bandwidth hungry device but that is no excuse for delaying MMS as AT&T is using it as an excuse. Especially when they are going balls to the wall on advertising mobile broadband connectivity cards and netbooks that access data over their 3G network.

Im not dumb drewbie... I know O2 TMobil Rogers etc are all foreign contracts. I even know they have MMS and tethering, have had it since the June Update to OS 3.0Probably coincides with the whole At&t having provider exclusivity in the US. Yeah that sounds about right. Those two words are easy enough to understand. and I never said I have multiple issues with the iPhone now did I? I was calling at&t and apple out on their bullshit. why get a blackberry or a Windows mobile phone? I can get a pos freebie and still have MMS so why pay the money? Anyhow thank you for participating next time read more then three sentences before you reply okay? oh and before anyone else goes all fanboy on me... the post was written using pages run on a macbook pro using OS X 10.6 and posted via Safari. I have a legitimate gripe... one which I am not alone on. and personally I think both AT&T and Apple share in the MMS debacle that exists on the iPhone. Sorry if that wasn't extremely clear in the blog post itself

Nope... consider it another unpublicized perk of membership

Yes i did scour craigslist look for that ad I haven't seen it yet. Im watching you Vic I don't know what chips... I wasn't paying attention to those. the only reason I know Pepsi is because that is where the dog from the sub-shop attempted to hump his leg to completion. pictures... well I wouldn't want to be too stalker-ish now would I?

The broke ass state of California has been working on the Freeway next to my job for the last two months give or take. (Damn time flies when one is having innumerable amounts of fun). Freeway construction in, and of, itself isn't really that intriguing. The guys who are doing the job however, are. Well one guy in particular. He's tall, tan from ethnicity, as well as all the time spent in the sun. Has a killer smile that he gives freely to anyone who says hello or gives a friendly nod. Plus he just has an adorable baby face. He hasn't gone un-noticed; neither by myself, my female co-workers, nor the shameless little sub-shop hoes. He was in the store yesterday, getting a cold drink (Pepsi for some of you detail freaks) and a bag of chips. One of the Sub-shop girls ran over and was all "Ohh Ive seen you around, but not lately" typical small talk gush. he came up to the register.. smiled his awesome smile and then moved on, back to the job a hundred feet away. Sub-shop girl was all "OMG WHO WAS THAT!!" after he left. i laughed it off, cause well it was funny, the other females I work with however got a bit territorial. They were highly disturbed that I wanted to (still do actually) that sub-shop girl was leaking in his presence, and would probably jump at the chance to show him how much of a sandwich artist she really is. In fact one of My female co-workers even commented that her girlfriend wouldn't appreciate her display of horn-doggery very much. I don't believe that so much.. I think as a people we are becoming more and more a-sexual but that is an entire different argument. The whole point of this is, i wanted to tell him about sub-shop girls lust, just so I could punctuate the whole thing with "and that is fine if you like your girls with braces still" perhaps I am evil to some degree... I dunno. I do know that as this conversation plays out in my mind he says he doesn't like girls anyhow and offers to grab a beer after he gets off. That would be nice anyhow enough fantasizing for now. Steve

I would account turning to a crisp instantly as a design flaw when it comes to the human being. This surely cant be ascribed to "Angels" as being "born killers" alone. After all there would have to a conscious choice somewhere along the lines for something to be a killer. Not just a by product of their existence (or lack thereof). I know very well what Lucifer was before he fell. For someone who professes not to equate angels with religion you are sure enough citing religious mythology concerning angels and their fall from grace. I would suggest you research both sides of the Angel mythology in the future before you make blanket statements concerning them. After all, once an Angel falls from grace it ceases to be an angel and becomes a demon... funny things semantics are, but they are there for a reason. As for the gracious thing.. it would be nice if we all tried... at least every once in a while. You know instead of being concerned with such trivial things as appearing to be "right" on a bulletin board. Angels, as fascinating as they may be, aren't mythological beings I like. Ive always been partial to Vampires on the humanoid side of the spectrum. On the animal side of things I prefer Dragons and Griffins.

I wouldn't say Seriphim are natural born killers. True the name translates to the burning ones, but according to Jewish & Christian it is not a reference to a fiery sword, it is more in reference to burning eternally from love and zeal for god. So more of a passion than an actual physical flame. Cherubim on the other hand... well those were adopted from an older mythology. They were said to be the protectors (sentinels if you will) of the garden of Eden. Also I realize that some things do leave a bad taste... however spitting isn't vary gracious. Steve

What they said. If it is working for now go with it. You never know who you may discount on account of age... (even if I am guilty of the same discounting people on account of age myself )

Welcome To GA Chase. I'm moving this topic to the Story Cafe, it is better suited there. Steve

No sir you are quite mistaken. Not everything has to be responded to if you don't agree with religion or gay friendly churches... that's fine move on to the next thread. If you want to hit reply just to post a smilie don't post move on. These things do not add to conversation. If allowed to run unchecked they ruin a topic by dragging the thread so far off course the main topic is unable to be recovered. Do certain members dislike/distrust religion? Yes they have made it clear in various other posts. Having that opinion is fine. However, how would like to see your beliefs derided at every turn? Is that enjoyable for you? You can PM me the answers, or you can open a thread discussing the merits of keeping a thread on topic. We will wait and see how long it takes before someone makes a suggestive comment and yet another member pounces on it. Any further off-topic posts (The Topic being: gay friendly churches and/or religions) will result in further moderation action.
-
read the original post, and the post mike made before your own. The thread is to show religion in a somewhat positive light, as opposed to the several we have that are not so friendly to religion. And no I agree we don't need to stick 'religiously' to a thread topic. However, not every thread needs to be turned into a private chat box and game of grab ass either now does it? and again we are off topic...
-
You are incredibly observant. Although you are missing the fact that three moderators have now tried to push this back on topic and you keep dragging it off. My initial post was indeed off topic. That was wrong, but then I was replying to a post you made that was off topic, so I fixed it and am trying to steer this thread back on topic. You Mark, and a few others, keep posting one or two sentence replies that have nothing to say other then deride religion or comment on a persons ass. This isn't the thread for that. If you want to make chatty posts take it to the Games and Humor forum where specific threads exist for that. If you want to complain about religion... find the appropriate thread for that as well. If you can't find one you are more than welcome to start one.
-
read the the post above... keep it on topic. If you want to debate religion find the appropriate topic or move it to a new thread.
-
two words FREE WILL However... lets get this back on topic. We know there are a group of you who don't believe in religion. We have read the posts several times in other threads that were for debating religion. This is not, its a resource to let people know that there are gay friendly churches in their area. Lets stay on topic, if we want to debate religion go to the appropriate thread.

I've come to the conclusion that I pretty much suck at summing events up. Good thing I have no aspirations to be a Journalist at any point. I better keep this in mind so I do not become a biographer as well. I was supposed to be camping over the weekend, and for the most part I was. For the most part. We left early friday morning. and set out for my uncles house. Got there at 5:00 am the agreed meeting time. The house was dark. Usually there are two other trucks there and and people are shuffling and milling about. None of that this go round. Instead there was a phone call to meet off the freeway, From there there was another stop to pick up a little 100cc dirtbike. The drive was typical... a few rest stops for two little girls and a dog. The usual stop in Kingman AZ to round up the consumeables that we dont want to carry all the way out. The land we camp on is still about 40 miles outside of Kingman, and from the exit off the higheway its about ten miles back on ranch roads, that all have warning signs letting you know if you break it, they aren't responsible. For the most part the warning is pretty useless, there is a guy back there in the sticks who has a grader, and does take care of the main roads pretty much. The trouble doesn't start however untill you turn off the main "ranch road". To get back to the site you have to turn off the main road and go on a ... I'll call it a trail because that is all it really is: just one step above nothing at all. The trail it pretty rough, especialy one particular down hill section. This isn't anything we arent't used to, and besides going downhill is a lot easier then going uphill-more on that later. Camp was set up rather easily. Sunny skies everone just happy to be there, though it looked like someone had used our spot in our absence. There were spent fireworks tossed in our pit, and beer cans of a questionable nature. ( not the brand we drink ). Anyhow it was of little concequence. we got the tents up, got the shed cleaned out from a feild rodent and wasp infestation that ruined all of the camping gear that was stored in there. Thankfully none of us stored our gear in there, or else the rain would have been not much fun. There was beer and carne.. and interestingly enough a nice light show that provided a few sprinkles but nothing too fun. That came saturday afternoon. After I had the chance to shoot trap, which I didnt do to well at because it had been around 18 months since I had done it last. My sister picked up the gun and hit the first three she fired at... the first time she had ever handled a gun. Beginners luck. Thats okay though, It isn't I who knocked the mirror off the Explorer by running into a tree Then the rain came, and came. for an hour. An hour which proved that tents are not completely 100% weatherproof. It was this little hour long bout of rain that inspired us to call it a trip and pack it up a day early. Got camp broken down in about 2 hours. then we were off to the hill we were all worried about. The trailer we took this go round was a lot hevier then any we had taken previously and it had already caused a few problems in going up hill in a few places. It wouldn't disapoint. Going up the worst section the Yokun lost traction and began to spin its tires. It took two hours and a lot of manuvering to finally get the damn thing up the hill. On the way up the trailer opened up and what was left inside all came flying out as the thing bounced its way up. Carrying crap up a 20 to 45 degree grade on loose rock is a pain in the ass... and legs... and shoulders... The altitude of it all didn't help much either... not for a lot of flat landers anyhow. It just sucked, and took a good four hours. From there we repacked the trailer, got the oddessy stowed and made our way out. About a mile from the paved road cell service returned. Everyone in the cars phones where going bizerk with text messeges and voicemails. Everyones except mine that is. Kinda felt like a looser... but whatever, my phone is nothing but a overpriced clock and way for me to check my emails anyhow. Anyhow that was the fun from Arizona 2009 Casualties: 1 passenger side rear view mirror on a Ford Explorer. 1 drivers side running board on a GMC Yukon. Assorted camping gear including: 3 tents, 3 air mattresses, 1 screened shelter, assorted other camp items, and 1 day. all in all the time spent there was good. It was nice not to think about other shit for a while. Im already looking forward to going back... eventually.

[Shadowgod] A Shot of Bourbon 5
shadowgod replied to shadowgod's topic in Promoted Author Discussion Forum
I like writing Bourbon... I really do. In many ways he is the person I'd love to be. So in many cases he is my alter ego of sorts. The only drawback of writing him now is that the story was written to be a one off. I've managed to pull some other "vignettes" out of Bourbon and Rusty, but what more can there be? If I did continue, I'm afraid it wouldn't bode well for the characters. After all they are young and Axel Rose said "Nothing lasts forever, and we both know hearts can change." Unless you guys have some other ideas... Thanks for reading Jaydee... I'll see what I can pull out of my Hat no promises though Steve -
Sorry if I wasn't clear that it was a separate co-worker Vic. Honestly if it was the dangerous one... I wouldn't be bitching in a blog. I'd be doing bad things in the walk-in Alas, not my luck. It is instead the least desirable of all.

I'd argue against most covers sucking. I think it all depends on the artist covering the song and if they attempt to make it their own in any fashion... or just choose to regurgitate the song the way the previous artist did. Seal and Michael Bolton are famous for the latter... Try Me First and the Gimmie Gimmies... they rock and exclusivly do covers. I think my favorite of theirs is Wild World which was originally performed by Cat Stevens. They also do a cover of Somewhere Over the Rainbow which is just 100% pure awesome. Of course they have their misses, but over all I wouldn't venture to ever say the original is superior to the cover. Unless of course you are talking about Seal or Michael Bolton Other then those two.. wayward souls and the music execs who enjoy them. I like almost all the covers I have ever heard, and rarely take the chance to compare them to the original.

Yay I get to let my asshole side be visible.... Why not? because there is ZERO attraction... wont be not ever soul mate or not he has been disqualified. He is taller then me by about 4 inches... Big and barrely chest with skinny legs. Something that gives him this odd cartoonish quality. He sweats standing still. Is way too in touch with his inner drag queen most days. Oh yeah what else, he is already in a semi long term relationship with another person who co-signed for the shiny new car he got. This is why I am running in the opposite direction. he isn't my soul mate not by any stretch or imaginary use of the word. like I said... this is just my luck. But thanks for making me seem shallow.

I have been irritable lately and I don't know why. That is a lie, I know exactly why, but there is little to be done in the situation. All I can do is face the facts, no matter how distasteful they are, and move on I guess. Shame really, but it does reinforce certain long standing truths. When people are pressuring you to do something, something that you know in your gut is going to backfire in exactly the way you don't want it. Just don't do it, listen to your gut beyond anyone else. After all they are operating off assumptions based on only part of the truth. So how good is their advice anyhow? School has been annoying me, I'm back in the mode of thinking "what the f**k is this for?" again. Yet i know what its for, in theory, I just don't know how it will play out, or if I will be even remotely good enough to make anything of it. Typical blanket insecurities I guess. I just don't know what to do with my life, and honestly I am too old to feel this way. yeah the annoying feeling is creeping up on me again. That feeling that time is being wasted. I wish I could make this feeling go away, it infects everything with brooding pallor that I do not care for. on the coworker front... from my last blog. Turns out he has a bit of a crush on me. I feel bad I want to run screaming in the opposite direction. Just my luck concerning this crap. I should give up, claim a life of celibacy. Wont be much different I think. Steve

how would trying the RTM be a different story? Release to Manufacture should not be as available as the RC is (the RC is still offered for download... this will cease on 08/20/2009) if you have a RTM copy hh5 I would be highly suspect of its origins. this may also be causing your issues with windows 7
