As to Mateo leaving one could argue Kitt could go back and then he'll see Tom when Matt and Kitt go to university. But how attached is Kitt to the kids at center? On the two Magnum P.I's Magnum always clashed with the same police officer on cases he was investigating, On the Tom Selleck Magnum it was Lt.Tanaka on the reboot it was Det. Katsumoto.They both complained about wherever Magnum goes trouble happens. Sounds like Kaplan and Killian are having the same kind of relationship. When Killian and Jacy spoke about the different methods used in the two murders Jacy made some good points. I know I have been cheering for Killian/Jacy or Kasy if you will (Sounds better then Kasher or Millian don't you think @Josh Aterovis 😄) but Jacy could also make for a pretty good partner on Killian's investigations. Of course nothing says Jacy can't be both a BF and work partner😉 Once again, something stopped me from mentioning White Deer's vague warning or my creepy dream. I believe Killian should tell Fletcher and Jacy about that

The moment Kitt decided to go see Matt's football game I was thinking Kitt's parents won't be there will they? But sure enough they were. Was it a case of Stephen and Susan just deciding to watch Matt play since the families did a little reconnecting OR was it they had a hunch Matt wasn't telling them everything and thought Kitt might be there? In any case it turned out to be a mostly good thing
