It certainly seems like Adam and Kai are a perfect fit. I love that there is almost a child-like tentativeness between them. Ah, the giddiness of new love.
-
I could not possibly love this story any more if I tried. This is hitting me in all the "feels". What the letters each bring out in each other is wonderful. I think I'm in love with both of them. They bring up all of those lovely memories of what budding relationships feel like, and for two people who have yet to meet in person. I must hurry to the next chapter.

Kai and Adam really do seem like kindred spirits. I am loving reading this story and learning more about both of them. I'm so glad I came across your writing. The whole story so far is just so warm and cozy.

Brilliant! A perfect ending for an old romantic like me. The extreme emotions you brought life to throughout the whole story and the passion is just beautiful. Thank you for sharing this story with us.

Yes to all of the comments so far, but especially the "Welcome back"! You've been missed. I think I will reread this whole story again from the beginning so I have all of the details back in my head before future chapters appear. Thank you.

O Sister, How Art Thou?
Quixo commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in O Sister, How Art Thou?
Wow! Not at all how I had expected that to go. You have created some amazing characters and have chosen the less predicable trajectory for them. One doesn't realize how much one is expecting predictable behavior until someone like you takes things in a different direction. It's very refreshing. I wish I could better express my appreciation of the journey you have laid out, except to say "thank you." I look forward to more. -
What Goes Around "Cums" Around
Quixo commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in What Goes Around "Cums" Around
Again, a beautiful narrative. The reunion that looked like it wouldn't happen followed by hot sex that turned to lovemaking. The intensity of feelings between James and Brian is so beautifully and quickly developed. What will happen in the light of morning? Will they still be together, or will remorse creep its way in? Thank you for this. -
Well, that was hot! It's not often that we get a story from the seductive bottom's perspective. James seems very much in control here and Brian has to figure things out. The road ahead is rocky. We all can see that. It will be the journey through Brian's mind that will take the time. James seems like he can be patient for now, but when will his need start to push him forward again? Thanks for this.

OK, that ending left me a teary mess. Bravo! What a marvelous journey through pain lust and finally love. Thank you for this extraordinary journey.

This is brilliant. The depth of emotion that you are able to bring out is spot on. I've been devouring your work as quickly as you share it. Thank you for your writing.

I first ran into this series on another forum. I don't know how I missed it here, but I'm glad I found it. I like being able to share comments with other readers. Marvelous writing, as always. I've missed all of the guys at the Brotherhood. I'm very anxious to see where this all goes.

It's been a long time since reading a story has made me actually cry. As inevitable as it was, it was still heart rending. Like scrubber6620, I hope that Jacob finds renewed love and life, But maybe what he had with Christian was a once in a lifetime (a very long lifetime) experience. I desperately hope not. To be immortal and have to live on without love again would truly be tragic. I does seem like the Men of Honor are consigned to a lonely existence. Jeffrey had almost 300 years until he found Casey. Were there others within that time? The same with Lucius. Over 460 years without sharing the "gift" with anyone. I hope that there were many more relationships we didn't hear about. Being united by their pain is one thing. Being deprived of love that long must be torment. Magnificent writing. Thank you.
-
Now you have me completely hooked. Adding the time element has captured me. I'm not sure my deductions match scrubber6620, but I'm very much awaiting future chapters. Take me where you will.

Ballad Of The Forsaken
Quixo commented on CasualWanderer82's story chapter in Ballad Of The Forsaken
Now the real mysteries begin to appear. I am really enjoying this. Thank you. -
That actually went more smoothly than I imagined it would. Even though Randy's understandably freaked out right now, I have a feeling that eventually he will go for it. There is something wonderful about the relationship between him, Trevor, and Skyler. I hope that continues. (I'm such a sappy romantic.) I also have a feeling that Randy will be there to defend the pack when the McKinneys plan there next attack. Just a side note: many of my in-laws are McKinneys. They fit right in with the lot in this story.

The will was brilliant! I laughed out loud several times during the reading. Since I was not in such polite company, I did not feel the need to stifle such urges.

I have been binge reading this whole story. You have written such a great, fast-paced story that never seems rushed or forced. Every idea fully filled out. Great writing!

Meet the Family - Part 2
Quixo commented on Late to the party's story chapter in Meet the Family - Part 2
I just came across this story yesterday and I am simply loving it. I already feel engaged with the characters and and thoroughly enjoying all of the adventures. I'm anxious to keep reading! Thank you. -
If someone else has come up with this idea, I apologize. I've stopped reading comments when most of them are about the butthurt of not being the first (or fifth) to comment. I am concerned that KN grabbed Kaya and then let her go to flush out Sebastian, Tyler, and Elijah. He knew that taking Kaya would bring out the big guns and give him the opportunity to track them. (Remembering the gray SUV that pulled in front of Sebastian's just as they were getting to the house.) I think the Montana pack needs to be on high alert for an attack from KH.

A crow isn't a bad idea considering the origins of the name Corbin.

There was something extra wonderful about this chapter. I'm not sure what, but I really like it. Something about the quick closeness Elijah and Tyler developed with the Laramees is very touching, and hopefully bodes well for a future outcome.

Glad to hear that you are safe and sound, even if you have a lot of cleaning up to do. Just seeing the aftermath of Ian on television is horrifying. Be well and take care of yourself. We have waited before for more and we can endure waiting some more. You take care of yourself and those close and dear to you. Thank you for taking the time to post a new chapter. I'm loving the story.

Chapter 35: Deadly Decision
Quixo commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 35: Deadly Decision
Didn't I say Vincent would tap into a divinity affinity? (First time, I've ever been right.) Although this scene didn't play out anywhere near how I imagined it would. What will this deus ex machina move actually yield? Loving all your twists and turns. "As flies to wanton boys are we to th' gods, They kill us for their sport. " Shakespeare, "King Lear" said by the Duke of Gloucester
