I'm processing my feelings!!!!! AND I'm sooo GLAD you are!!
-
I'm afraid that Joey must see his whole family obliterated before he decides to leave and run for his life...

You, @Jeff Burton are the newest author, right at the top, of the Authors That I Follow list and this story answers the why did I choose to add your name to this precious list of authors that I decided to follow!! I am so ready to read the rest of this heart wrenching story that you have to tell us! Thank you in advance for being the true reason that I read GayAuthors in the first place!! I'm forever in your debt!
-
(I had to post the same thing twice because the first posting didn't show up on my tablet and I really wanted to be heard and then - look there, they both showed up!)

You've got got me crying for tigers and fawns! I'm broken! I don't know what is wrong with me! You've really got your author claws dug into my head! I just can't wait for the next chapter to cry some more!

"Second hole?” Dad asked. Will went on and explained what that was, and while everyone else stopped to imagine what that might feel like, I just found myself revolted. Anal sex was gross enough as it was, so bringing this into the mix was almost making me nauseous. " I mean, if he’s into it, it’s probably worth it,” Kris said. He seriously thought that? Holy shit! Was he going to try that on me? Hear! Hear! I agree with @Gary L wholeheartedly, though I've been identifying with Jeremy ever since he was J.J. so it doesn't surprise me to find that Jeremy's voice echoes my own once again. The only time I've had anal sex was when I was raped by a horny 16 year-old after leaving a bar in Mammoth during ski season at 2:00am following "Last Call" when the bar was closing for the night. NOT a good experience as I recall. I'm just glad to have someone speak up for those of us who stick to the front of their partner's body during sex; I know that we're rare but we're out there! Thank you Jeremy for giving us recognition.

"In truth, he looked more like a cat who’d raided the pantry and was daring someone to mention it."

Thank you @ReaderPaul for sharing with us, once again, your Incredible memory! You never fail to astound me! (I bet your teachers just loved you, when you were their student!) @Geron Kees must keep you close to his heart to have a reader that pays such attention to his every word!

After hearing (and seeing) John Butler's jaw dropping guitar work I right away, not a second to lose, had to send it off to Steve, my lifelong friend and first love who now lives on his farm in Paradise (Hawaii) and he was so moved in awe that he had to respond in kind with accolades on high to share his love of guitar with me and thank me for making his life richer beyond measure! So from Steve and I we send you a great thanks for sharing moment. We're both lucky that I know you and can be blessed with your musical expertise!

John Butler - OCEAN 2012 Studio Version OUTRAGEOUS!!
-
I just looked at the rest of the "photo" at the head of the chapter and WOW! Browbeat looks just like you described him in the chapter! And Kippy... I didn't know he was such a perfect specimen of the youths of today! Bravo!
-
What a wonderful chapter!! Starting out with a surprise change in appearance for Browbeat that really was transformational and a complete success! I DO INDEED love the new Loris face (I had to look that one up to get an idea of how Browbeat now looks-- cute as a button!) Then I was again impressed when he unfolded his wings like a butterfly and as delicately colorfull that they are now! (So much better than the Dragonfly wings that I a!ways imagined him with before!) Great descriptive visuals that you have for us Geron! And then you introduce a new client in a most imaginative way as a stalker of ones younger self of the original client who first came through the door. That was handled beautifully! NOW we're ready for the true adventure to commence! Can't wait for tomorrow to arrive!!

In the light of day, their passion remained the same. No, he would be wrong to believe that; they were even closer now, their bodies were familiar to each other and their attraction couldn’t be denied. Wherever they touched, they burned. Soon, there would be no spot left on their bodies that wasn’t at risk of going up in flames. WOW! This is a love story so hot it's setting me on fire!!

That was absolutely BRILLIANT!! When considering the question, "If you could be anywhere in the world that you wanted to be, where would you be?" And Desmond thought it over to give the most honest answer and he said, "In Ash's ARMS!!" RIGHT ANSWER, and whoosh - The Portal Was Open!! Like I said, @mastershakeme, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Couldn't be better!!

If He Thought It Was Bad Before
James Baxter commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in If He Thought It Was Bad Before
Same meaning with minute differences in emphasis to tailor the variables to fit any occasion...what makes the English language so deliciously descriptive! -
Then, with a sharp gesture, Ash directed the shadows forward. They surged into the open air, forming a dark, shimmering dragon with eyes of burning violet. The shadow creature soared, circling gracefully overhead before diving sharply, skimming just above the ground and leaving frost-like patterns etched into the grass. Ash twirled a finger lazily, and the dragon dispersed in a burst of shadowy petals, floating gently back into nothingness. This quote (from many chapters ago) is how I always imagine Ash and his magic... A supercharged event for all to marvel at in awe! Make no mistake, when Ash finally does fuck Desmond, as he so greatly deserves, it will be a spectacular experience for both boys! Spare no fireworks! You @drsawzall share a memorable event from Jr High showers and it compels me to share mine. His name was Jeff Schlesinger and he still haunts my favourite night sweats to this day from sixty years in the past. I expose his full and true name here in the hopes that he may read this and know what a jittering mass of Jello he made of my legs every day in the locker room after P.E. From even forty feet away he would still draw my uncooperative eyes and have me praying to myself "No boner, no boner" fearing that I may spring a stiffy and be forever, from that day forward, saddled with the moniker faggot that I knew I most definitely deserved. My secret would be revealed and I'd be hounded all day and join the ranks of Doug DeWitt and Bruce Henry as our resident group of poofters that could never be left alone by the rest of the student body. The kids were so cruel to one another! I always felt so lucky to have survived those years from deep in my closet to all but my closest friends. In hindsight I now realize what a more fulfilling experience I could have had if I'd ventured out of that stifling box and stood up for myself instead.
-
This is truly an intriguing stage setting for a tender love story. I guess you really had to use caution as you developed these characters; try not to be too sentimental or stereotypical handling these interesting kids with, I believe it's "kid gloves"--(what a fitting phrase of words!) I'm looking forward to see where you take them.

This on going "fact checking" scenario does coincidentally mirror the real world actions. Let me explain: First a blatant lie gets delivered, Then it gets repeated ad nauseam by the echo chamber, Then it inadvertently gets picked up by trusted sources Then it gets debated as if it were a fact, Then it gets regarded as a truth, That never should've been discussed by rational people, Then it gets the status of a possibility, And recorded as a part of the generally accepted perspective as a genuine TRUTH, And then we all just move on as if a lie was a verified fact! And That's the new reality we all must live with in the Great Society. What a cluster-fuck!!

I am very pleased to find a new chapter to The World Out There in my notification box I could jump up and down if I was limber enough to do such calisthenics! Thank you so much for making my day a happy one! This is my favorite story on the site and I am always glad to find an update to it. I just love Liam and his ever so tragic life! More please whenever you're ready.

When I was a short order cook fifty years ago in the Coco's and Plankhouse kitchens we used 86 as a short way of saying that you've run out of something. "86 on the potato salad," we'd tell the waitresses when we ran out and had not yet made a new batch. I still use the "86" lingo in my house today whenever I run out of something! Old habits die hard.

You @Mark Arbour fans are so Top of the Game, intelligent and insightful that I can't get over myself being so involved in the chapter comments at every turn! Thanks guys!

I can't help but believe Jeremy has been given his last opportunity to get a grip and tell his witch of a mother to go fuck herself and leave him to live his own life! It's way past time for him to break free from her and get the ball rolling on seeing that mommy dearest and her flunky Dexter be brought to justice and spend the rest of their lives behind bars for the murder of Elena!! But I still hold out hope that Jeremy and Carter can have a loving relationship and put this nightmare they've just been through behind them and move on! A HEA is still in the option here!
-
Now as the anxiety builds getting closer day by calendar day I read these chapters with increased trepidation following along with the knowledge that each paragraph holds the promise of innocent facts revealed that may have profound consequences in the near future. That said I remain on pins and needles as you slowly reveal what is destined to be several great tragedies ahead for our deeply loved New York characters. I'm pleased to sweat it out as you so expertly dole out the details of what will happen to whom and when. What a joy it is to read your work!

Settling In, and an Oh No!
James Baxter commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Settling In, and an Oh No!
Thank you @Summerabbacat now that you've refreshed my memory I remember that movie very well. (Now I know why I was familiar with that name Beverly Sutphin just couldn't remember where from. I can just picture Kathleen Turner in that role of the psycho suburban housewife! Very funny.)
