    Chapter 5

This Charlie Boone story stands out from all the other stories that I am following on GA and it is taking root in my subconscious! Lugh showed up in my repetoire of location settings in my dreams last night and I found myself out in front of the beautiful Victorian house as well as in the parlor with Charlie and the whole Third Planet Inquiries crew (and Mildred) joining me there. I was doing nothing productive but just looking on, not joining in, on the investigation. I wish I was more a part of the group so I could've at least gained some insight into what is going to happen next, but noooo! I will just have to wait for @Geron Kees with every one else while he doles out the chapters one at a time. I feel blessed that I don't have to wait more than a day instead of the weeks or months that we have to wait for other authors on the site to post, but this story is really taking a toll on my real life hours and now it is even making appearances in my dream life! It is very persistent and unfair but that's only a testament to how involved I've become in Geron's stories. I couldn't be happier!

    Chapter 1

Oh boy! Another Third Planet Inquiries investigation into the strange and abnormal world! Yippy! Boom diddley boop-boop, whiz bang! Wabba dobba whoopsie! Hang lang ding-a-ling! Drobblie bobble hip-hop! Beep biddie and boop! Wring wrong sing-a-song! Wroop wroop digsie-wigsie! Happy lappy zappie! (Just broke auto-correct! Boy, you shoulda seen their suggestions!) I'm super dooper ready to go on another @Geron Kees trip to the bizarre! I'm drooling, panting, dancing in circles waiting for the next chapter!

    Chapter 12

Yes, yes, yes! I re-read this story from the beginning and am proud to say that I am a fan! This story was great 18 months ago and it still resonates with greatness after all this time. Dear author, I am here to say that your superb choice to revive this one is just another feather in your cap (if, indeed, you wear a cap at all). I thank you for taking us off that cliff you left us on last year and continue this on to a better conclusion. I look forward to further chapters. Thank you!

    Chapter 6

We can't forget Eli and Tyler's unsettled mating with the two twin pups that were stuck partially shifted (I can't remember their names) . What happens with their pairing?
  5. Once again @astone2292 you've done it to me! Took me on a journey through your mind and did much more than entertain me. You made me think, feel, and experience brilliance while all along leading me on on a self awareness path and leaving me greatly more educated! Thanks for your imaginative story and for you just being you!

    Chapter 27

Seprecries???? I too hope we find out soon enough!! I sincerely respect the new found fire in his belly to play a key role in accomplishing his quest for the star. I also hope that Beckett can find the star and NOT lose his beautiful friendship that he's found with Valrinda! I also thank @CincyKris for choosing to use one of my favourite words, discombobulated in describing Beckett's state of mind! I enjoy seeing that old fashioned word in print.
  7. I echo the several comments before and add my own special thank you to Myr for a very fulfilling and helpful list. I find on it many of my favorites and many more that I'm glad to discover. I get so much great reading material from GayAuthors that I've all but abandoned my long list of e-books I have waiting in the wings! I'm glad, though, because I so much more enjoy the fantastic writers that I've found on GA. You keep my reading addiction satisfied and wanting only more time that I can partake in this rewarding hobby.

    Chapter 1

So all-encompassing were the dark thoughts it was hard to remember any good times in his life. It was getting harder and harder every day just to function. It’s like his brain was a honeycomb, only instead of being filled with sweetness, black sludge filled each chamber, slowly encroaching on all of his emotions, turning them sinister. This paragraph grabbed me as an insightful representation of the inner feelings that accompany depression. I quoted that passage to mention how pleased I am to have discovered a new addition to @kbois captivating stories of shifters in my Notification files but that was before I'd read to the end of this chapter. I was very disappointed to find further on a heartless example of one of my favorite author's devious cliffhanger style! How could she please us so much to have returned Caleb to his adoring fans only to have him shot by an evil trophy hunter out for his despicable target practice! I hate all a**hole sport hunters and would love them all to shoot each other out in the wilderness which should be reserved for people like me; those of us who HAVE a conscience and not the evil gun owners who force their insanity upon we innocent nature lovers. I hope to find in future chapters that this slime ball behind the rifle suffers a crippling hunting accident from one of his co-crapheads out for a shameful excursion into OUR territory. I insist that he suffer some malady befitting his crime of shooting Caleb!

    Wrap Up

Thank you for a most invigorating trip though your fascinating imagination! I've been blown away at every remarkable turn of events. It's been a wonderful journey. I couldn't be happier.

    The Falling

Maddox and Jonathan must save the day and inform Matty that Rusty only has eyes for him; that August is just Rusty's friend! Matty's misunderstanding has to be nipped in the bud soon before everything spins out of control. Maybe Maddox and Jonathan don't know that Rusty has yet to tell Matty how much he loves him. Maybe they think this is common knowledge between Rusty and Matty. It is not! I keep my fingers crossed.
  11. Glad to say the template is working properly for me this time. I truly love that so many of your terms and names are researched before you use them in your stories. It's good to find out that Larkspur also has a fitting separate meaning! That was a stroke of good luck on your part. What I originally set out to comment on was your choice of the name Kema for Jubal's horse. I'm personally touched that he chose to name his mount Friend as that was the name of my first and best ever dog when I was in my 20's and I still suffer from my loss of her to this day. She wasn't quite as clever as Kema is because Friend here in Huntington Beach just means "friend" in English, but that described what she meant to me. Also I would like to parrot what others have so eloquently said about your cowboy speak. I find it very helpful to get in step with the whole western genre. I feel right at home with it. I look forward to arriving in Bearpaw and follow the adventures that occur there.
  12. I'm ecstatic to have Bearpaw Mondays to look forward to!! I follow so many authors on GA and other sites that for one to stand out from the crowd is very difficult (there are so many great writers here that it's difficult to pick favorites). BUT you, Gary, are truly one of the best! Thank you for all of your stories but particularly your Westerns. They really stand out from all others!

    Chapter 26

(In retrospect, I believe that peanut gallery is an apt moniker for this gaggle of intelligent commenters that stick together behind many authors besides @Geron Kees such others include @Mrsgnomie and @kboiswho I lovingly note here)

    Chapter 26

I actually like @drpaladinKundundrum but @Ivor SlipperMornington Crescent is above my head. I do think that these two vindicate the peanut gallery and give them a reprieve.
  15. I'll behave!! But just one more thing ; I also respect @kbois so I hope you don't mind that I mention her here as well!
  16. Oh, and I think I have to follow protocol if I want @Geron Keesto be notified that I gave him a shout out in your chapter comments section. I can't say enough good things about @Geron Keesand how much I respect him. (I respect you too @Mrsgnomie)
  17. Oh yeah, I forgot about CLJobe (and his stories are hundreds of short chapters).
  18. Geron is the only one that I know of who posts every day (and I follow a shitload of authors)!
  19. Geese, I'm sorry! Please don't go to once a week! Your other dedicated fans will take me out back and mess me up!
  20. Your stories are always so great that posting even two times a week will not satisfy! Excuse me while I take my leave and go over to Geron Kees. He is also a great writer but he's posting every day until his story is complete!!
  21. Kurt followed close behind him, fiddling with the bangle on her right wrist — right wrist? It had been on her left wrist earlier. Soren paused, frowning at the bangle. Most people kept their jewellery on their off-hand… right? “Told you you’d notice.” Kurt chuckled. “Though to be honest, most people don’t pick up the change that easily, unless they know to look for it.” Slipped in there so casually I almost didn't catch it. The "bangle" worn on the left wrist when Kurt identifies as a girl, and switched to the right wrist when Kurt identifies as a boy. Clever!

    Chapter 8

Giaco and Dani's expressions of a slow and thoughtful unfolding of young physical affections for each other is so true to life as my experiences as a grammar school boy lover, it is uncanny. I love the tender scene in the bathroom where they both discover a sort of bliss merely at the sharing of permission to look at the other's nakedness for a short period with no touching allowed. Fully satisfied at letting down their guard to be free to just look at each others bits without having to turn away struck with embarrassment that comes from the shedding of ones clothes. Neither of these boys has grown up with a brother in the household and this sharing of one another is foreign to both of them. In truth the looking without touching can go on for months before they build up the courage to move on to more rewarding endeavors. These two must move on at an accelerated pace due to finding themselves bed-sharing at the same time as their newly discovered interest in each others bodies comes alive. No time to dawdle in the details that they've both secretly dreamed of in private for ages before. It thrills me to watch the stop and go antics of two newbies to love and exploration they so desperately desire. Bravo!

    Chapter 4

I'm so impressed with your drawing of Dani, I'm temporarily speechless... What can I say? You've captured his age perfectly and, of that age you've represented the most beautiful and utterly innocent of all time! You are awesome! Thank you for trying your hand at something new and so thoroughly succeeding that I applaud you and sing your praises from the highest perch! Thank you!

    Chapter 3

What’s the big deal? Pacing about his room, he ran a restless hand through his hair and tried to figure out why he felt so anxious. Was it the thought of having to dance in public? Surely not… he had danced at parties before. Okay, maybe that had been among friends; but, if he couldn’t face doing it in front of the whole class, nobody would force him to. Was it the shame of sitting on the sidelines and refusing to dance in public? Hardly. He had spent enough time as an outsider in his life to be used to that. Was it the thought of arriving without a date? Not likely… he certainly wouldn’t be the only one. So, was it the thought of spending all that time with Giacomo… and not being able to dance with him? Come on. He had plenty of experience of that. Daniele threw himself backwards onto his bed, sprawling out on the double blanket like a star, and closed his eyes. Whatever it was he was afraid of, it defied explanation. He just knew he’d be glad when the whole thing was over, and any opportunities for humiliation or heartbreak had passed. That was when the summer could really begin. Indeed, what is the big deal? Dani can discount all of these possibilities and conclude there is no "big deal," yet he can't seem to lick this feeling of doom. And rightly so, for a feeling this strong must surely have some validity. He will have to wait through the whole dance, apprehensive and on edge, before he discovers what this cautious feeling is all about. It's not until he makes the worst decision of his life and runs from Giaco's heartfelt invitation to dance with him instead of going along with it and wrap his arms around his dream lover. He finds that he's rejected his truly core desire to have Giacomo love him as he so helplessly loves Giacomo and now he must try to run away from himself! Poor Dani. We all cry for him.
