@wildone Have you ever considered that Middle Earth might be a parallel dimension? Maybe it is the dimension between our earth and lower earth. Hey, it's just something to consider, since scientist claim there may be multiple dimension within the universe, and possibly all of those things do exist on/in the dimension called Middle Earth.

I once passed by a house that was painted chartreuse. It was hideous looking and I'm sure that the neighbors must have complained and either offered to pay to have it repainted or threatened to burn it down. -
It takes practice, but I'm not exactly quick at doing it. I just started early. My biggest problem is keeping on track, because the train has a tendency to get derailed. Use the prompts to practice writing short stories and you'll find it gets a little easier over time.

Ok, I just finished writing the story for this Anthology and now it's with my editor. It took a long time to write and it's over 16,000 words, but it's divided into sections to make it easier if someone can't or doesn't wish to read it all in one sitting. I hope you all enjoy it.

Cirrhosis of the liver can also be caused due to prolonged infection from hepatitis B or hepatitis C. There is also an non-alcoholic form called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis where the liver becomes inflamed from a buildup of excessive fat. Unfortunately, there is no current cure for cirrhosis, although treatment is available for the underlying conditions.

I'm glad they didn't go with the game that used the battledore. Can you imagine a group of school kids being taught that game and deciding that the first part of the name of the item they were holding in their hand was more appropriate and began using it to whack each other? I'm not certain how solid the battledore was, but I'm sure it was more formidable than a badminton racket. -
Or the sly ways we use to beckon our spouse or partner - hopefully a way no one else will notice or understand.

Yes, history is full of these inequities, but we must teach them if others are to know. Yes, I agree. Toilets are are a prime requirement, especially when you reach my age.

I'm glad it brought back positive memories, but I'm sure that if you went there now not much has changed since you were a teen. Unfortunately, the government controls most of the reservation and very few of the Native Americans own land there. That's why so many live in trailers and double-wides and only a few of them even have running water.

Yes, Route 66 is an entirely different animal and I guess they've change the state and local routes that used the number 666 as well. I understand, with no proof as to why they were so dangerous, that the number of accidents and crimes on those routes encouraged t he change.

Thanks for that info and I was using a Rand McNally travel guide printed in 2000, and compared to me, that's new and modern, but I guess not modern enough. I appreciate all of the information you provided.

I'm sure we'll find out if anyone on the reservation can sense who Isaac really is. I'm not sure, but they may have already changed Route 666. I know they have done it in some states, because you're not the only one who gets the creeps when you see it. I guess it's ingrained in those of us that went to church when we were younger or grew up in a religious family, as well as those who are still active in the church.

I don't believe bathtubs will ever go totally out of style, because where would you give your toddler and young children baths and where else could they play with their bath toys? There's the age between 2 and 7 or 8, possibly even 9 or 10, before many children are capable of taking a shower by themselves.
