Will he get his vengeance by leaving pics of Stacy having sex for his mother to see. Wow--Seth found out about his family and it totally upset him. His mother is messed up. She favored Stacy due to a troubled childbirth and ended up pushing away her husband and Seth and favoring Stacy over Seth. Seth had done nothing. Stacy needed professional help, but her mother would not agree to it. She felt she might lose her. Seth is livid. His mother never explained what she was doing. She treated him badly for no reason of his own. His past guilt was not based on fact. Seth, Ty and Craig went looking after school for the lost Blake. They found him in a bloody mess at the warehouse. They think his father hurt him. The police and Mr. Ellis were notified. Blake is in the hospital. He may not live. There is lots to reconcile and forgive and heal.

If Caleb does see a therapist, he will certainly need more help than talking. A human would be given meds for depression. I do not know if depression meds can help a shifter or if Caleb will take it. Maybe, Caleb's wolf will crave sex from Asa and help the human side of Caleb to begin to improve?

Brian and Gordon are finalizing their plans in preparation for moving home. They are eventually live together. They will be meeting both sets of parents. Toby is ecstatic . He wants to be with his dad, He has told his boyfriend but kept is mother in the dark. She has made some strange comment about Brian pulling his own weight. Does she want money from him? Is he paying child support already? When Brian tells her or she finds out before he tells her about his boyfriend, will she keep Toby away from him? It could be a future legal battle.

What a band of apparent , very colorful odd balls. But Adga knows them and trusts them. They must have the skills Adga thinks are needed to fight and survive in the desert against the monsters they will face. They seem to be mischievous and are willing to break the rules. This team is needed to warn Sir Lenti Avery and then Scorpion Falls. If they succeed , they should be well rewarded. Adga's advancement will be made permanent. The fights ahead should be fierce and dangerous. They will be very compelling to read about. Let's who will be real hero's. I wonder what is in the gift box and how it will help Adga. Interestingly, Adga knows about sand dragons and others do not. I wonder if he will get to meet one?

The short break at the resort was fun with some sex partners and was overall enlightening. "Brian had learned a lot, they both had, how to trust each other, how to do more ordinary things as a couple...." drpaladin I like your reasoning. It makes great sense for the Duke to be behind the King's death. As regent he can oversee any inquiry into the King's death and direct any blame away from him or him men. I suspect the horse was poisoned. The Duke will rule mercilessly, I am sure. His enemies better be ready.

One thing that has not changed is the Duke's hatred for Gustave. If and when the Duke is made the regent, I expect he will bring charges against Gustave to get rid of him and his hated strategy to end the tax the Duke wants. Gustave dominating Fran and tormenting him in this uncertain time will only drive Fran to be more opposed to him and readily align with the Duke when he is needed. Lothar will not need to kill Gustave. The Duke will have him found guilty and given a death sentience. My only reservation is that things do not seem to take place as expected. A ready war from the north might cause the Duke to pause any legal matters against Gustave. The Duke might need the forces belonging to Gustave's family.

OMG--The Kind is dead. He died on the horsetrack. The Duke likely is going to be named regent. All is overwhelmed. Fran's plans are destroyed and rubbish now. It could be war with the north under Edith fighting the south under the Duke Gustave is taking his household to flee to the south and see what he can do to survive. The Duke hates him and his plan to end the vile tax. Fran tells Edward of his own plans and Fran is disgusted by his efforts, He is going to leave Gustave's service and escape to the north. He has rejected Fran who is distraught.

Micco survives the mental torture that Calhoun forced on him. He thinks Micco was the killer and was very jealous. With this attitude, Calhoun will miss looking at other possible culprits. Case is acting as a protector of Micco. We learned some valuable background on Micco and his traumatic childhood and serious treatment. He needs friends and a good support system.

Wow--Asa, the vet, is a shifter--a light shifter. I wonder what that is? No one, yet, knows he is a shifter, it seems. Asa is drawn to Caleb and he does not know why. As of now Asa does not know even what Caleb looks like or if he is his type. Asa is gay. So much to discover in the next chapter. So, far things seem promising, Thank you, Madam Author. Think of Henry V at Agincourt as written by Shakespeare. His speech inspired men to be heroes in the upcoming battle and to be a united as band of brothers. They faced an uncertain future and death, but their inner commitment and drive was pictured as roused by their young King. The French lost the battle for many reasons., including the unexpected effectiveness of their enemies' long bow. The speech is still powerful and evocative today when heard in a play. I can see Adga inspiring those under her as they prepare to fight fierce battles.

Things have moved along nicely. Gordon and Brian are a real couple now. Brian removed his sexual activity limits and they both are very happy. Life after the overseas gig has been on their mind. They have a plan that interests them. They are seeking to work together with a security firm run by a friend of Gordon's. It is near where Brian's mother lives in the UK. Toby seems fine and reports no trouble on his home front. Gordon and Brian have agreed to be open about their relationship when they get back to the UK. Brian's former ex gf might well explode. Brian might need a lawyer to be able to keep on seeing his son.

I join many of the others and feel great danger is ahead. Possibly Will and Travis will be shot. Curtis will want revenge and could add Will to his hit list. They will be exposed shopping. I am very glad the boys have two very capable guards. They also have legal talent to help them, if needed. If Will and/or Travis are hurt, I bet Grand will arrange a sniper to take out Curtis in quick order. He has hired a sniper before.
