The General and Silas had more power to prevent Andrew from carrying out his plan and get real proof. Heck, He was relying on a satellite with military connections and Silas had worked for the CIA. The Order was able to block Andrew and CSIS. Sarah is off grid and she is aware that she is now known to be a mole. There are other moles. Andrew is going to fiercely try to find out what went wrong. He needs to find Ed or Ned. I cannot believe Sarah told them the boy was in India! It is encouraging to find out things will turn around in the next chapter, Hooray!
