Joel has sabotaged for now his low key role at his new high school. I do not think his situation is as dire as Custer's was. He has made waves and made himself to be a visible supporter of the school's rival. He fit the role of a traitor to most of the student body. He has rejected joining the baseball team so that option was newly taken off the table. Given his very public actions will he listen to others he knows and moderate his hostility to his new high school? Or, will his anger issues still rule him. Let us hear what guidance the principal is giving to Joel and Roy. Will she suspend then for a few days? Will she assign them some extra duties?

He was earnest , solemn and forceful and had to give confidence to those worried about what has been happening Driving to CSIS HQ, a huge motorcycle ran into his car forcing him to stop. He got out and Brad Lapointe spoke to him claiming he would end West and get back for his jail term and fight 18 years ago. Brad was big and bulky. He expected he could easily kill West. But, he was wrong. West had learned how to fight in combat and strategically hit Brad and disabled him after taking brutal hits. He zip tied Brad and reported the attack to 911 and CSIS HQ.. He learned Brad was connected to Peter's corrupted evidence. I expect Brad is going to be interrogated by CSIS soon.

The three are talking past each other, again Lyn is now in a position to not need money from Alexander and wants to pay him back. Lyn asked Alexander to tell him how much he owed him. But, Alexander said he would not. Lyn said it was humiliating. Alexander said he gave him money since they were friends and he did not need to be repaid They ended up getting physical and holding hands. Just then Brad found them and hinted they were acting gay. Lyn wondered why Brad would say this. Brad began running his hands through Lyn's air in an act of dominance cancelling out what Alexander had just done with Lyn. Again, Lyn could not read what was motivating Brad. I bet Alexander can see the latent rivalry with Lyn being oblivious.

Joel made his point visibly and loudly and with intent. He was not a Warhawk. He was a Tiger. He rubbed his disobedience and what must be real anger in the faces of the student body. He was not making an effort to fit in. He is willing to be ostracized and it is happening. I am sure the principal with chastise both Joel and Roy. Is he trying to sabotage his life as a student and maybe prevent him from inviting the two Celia wants him to invite I think he needs to really think about his new type of behavior. Is this rebellion an outgrowth of his mutual masturbation session with Davin? He seemed to ignore this action in the morning. I am sure Colt and Trace will be talking to him to find out why he did it.

I am in favor of Andrew's position given the seriousness of the threat and can see he is not acting without a moral compass. He knows Silas and his men have killed and want Will destroyed. Taking out this mole will likely really hurt to planned insurrection. The danger is not over. It was painful to hear Will and Andrew fight. Both have strong guiding principles. Will does want Andrew to turn into his dad. Will is going to carry out more bad things and he knows it. I hope Will again keeps not asking questions that is going to cause Andrew to lie. Well, they fought hard and kissed at the end. The staff accepted it and saw them as passionate committed partners. They loved each other clearly. The three boys overheard the load, angry voices. They were not troubled, and they knew Andrew and Will would make up. Weston was very insightful. He remarked that Jacob and Tommy were getting close and said they should get on and kiss each other. Those two ganged up and tickled him. Well, I expect it will not be long before Tommy and Jacob kiss and no one will be upset.

Wolf is not ready for real chaos and his plans falling apart, It will be glorious to watch. Enrico was misunderstood and not seem as truly dangerous as he is. He skillfully robbed the guards to get the tools he needed. Enrico was taken to be with Brian and Steve and together they soon will begin the wreak havoc. He took the boys to a room with a computer terminal and told Steve to mess up Wolf's AI system which is soon supposed to crash the world's financial system. Steve is in heaven. The computer system accepts him and gives him full control with Alex's drone leading the way. He is going to take down the AI threat Alex gives Brian a gun to protect Steve, Then Alex leaves them to cause more disturbance. Alex captured a cell phone from a guard and is calling others--like his men and maybe CSIS to alert it to in impending disaster and need for men to take back control of the dam.

When the family gets together and finally listens to each other they can find solutions. It took time and some extra steps but the meeting in Will Hawaii home was conclusive They figured out Petrovic was providing data to get rid of his opponents and leave him and his core people harmless. Moreover, Jake, Brad and others would be tagged as the ones who leaked to the FBI. However, the drive was not opened at Escorial and no cash payment is going to be made so the family would not be implicated. The FBI will take down those with the evidence they have and further investigate Petrovic. Brad and Jake will ask for a pardon for BIG since they gave the files on the crime gangs. With Fellowes and his law firm destroyed, Ttavis should be free from any more problems.

The town looks impressive and well planned. It must have a medic/doctor/clinic and security/police force. Alex can get the medical care he needs. I hope Wolf does not have people there watching out for him.

People in high places will go all out to protect themselves. Rick and Helen might be careful and be on the lookout for people who could seek to kill them. It is not as if Rick does not also have to worry about a serial killer watching him.

OMG--Kenny was determined to save Alex who was getting sicker with his wound clearly infected. They are very tired and worried. Alex needs real medical help. Kenny found/stole an old vehicle which just had enough gas to get safely to a distant place that might have food, fuel and medical care. But, now Kenny was uncertain of his new actions. He had no money and they are in distress that might make others suspicious. He has to check out the people he meets in case they might be Wolf's men. Will he find good Samaritans or the bad guys? I hope their luck holds out. We are going to find out soon.

The lodge could be supported by propane powered generators. It could have large propane tanks and be set up to operate easily for a long time in a very cold mountain climate. It would not need a utility connected powerline from a distant station. The cameras and listening devices could gather evidence. Will is going to be isolated under military guard at his office. Silas has lost his most serious charge of a huge drone attack necessitating a military take over. The general is dead so his legitimacy is not available to claim leadership Might West, Andrew and Yani have the time and luck to find Peter et al before Silas acts. I hope so.... However, Silas is very angry and may act too early and think he still can bluster his way through since he really hates Will and Andrew. Peter and Matt are also isolated and cannot respond to the corruption charges. Might Silas have the new Conservative Party leader claim that Will should resign. Will Silas be deluded to think he can shock and overwhelm Will now that the military has him under guard away from his friends , Andrew, the media and Parliament. He could send the number two military commander into see Will and demand he resign due to the corruptions charges of people close to him. He could show Will pictures of Peter, Matt and his son Ned under military control implying they are hostages until he resigns. Will learned of his missing son at the end of Book one. What is Will going do next?

Peter and Matt are thrown out of a military transport helicopter without coats and shoes in the bitter cold in the distant Canadian mountains. They were disoriented and lost. But, they fumble and eventually find a mountain lodge well lighted and go inside. They meet Ned who is the spitting image of a young Will Carter. He even has Will's mannerisms. Ned has no idea that Will is his father and they think Will does not know about Ned and are not opening to telling Ned. They investigated what is a high end mountain lodge maybe owned by someone connected to the Order and not a military institution. They have no way to communicate to the outside. Leaving the lodge without proper clothing would be deadly. There is ample good food and the heating works. Cameras are not fully hidden. They expect there are listening devices and that the surveillance system is being monitored in real time. Matt and Peter know they have oi be careful about what they do and say For now they are isolated and lost. " Their chance of rescue seemed very far away. "God help us all." West and Andrew and Yani need to up their game and find them. Can Yani break into the video feed that must be sent to the military headquarters and look for connections if they see the lodge,

"Mi Papa did it. By removing their only means of escape, he now controls the only exit.” He pointed to the seaplane bobbing in the middle of the reservoir. “It's a cage match now, mi hermano." OK--What do the two want ? The Wolf wants to take his men and leave when he is ready. Enrico wants to take the two boys and leave safely. The Wolf's men could overwhelm the three. Both sides need assurances of safety. But, what about the planned disruption of the world's finances? So, Enrico and the Wolf need to talk and come to an understanding and realistic plan.

Andrew should reflect on the deadly steps the Order's men have taken so far. His car was rammed in a brutal, serious chase and he could have died. Jane was killed in Louisiana.

The scared and lipless Kal'ditha has shaken up the Monteilons. He demands their sons and more. I am uncertain that these parents can find their children and give then to this bastard. This situation is messy with conflicting bosses and cannot end well.

They have made their case to the inspector and told him about the involvement of a higher up who is likely an assistant police commissioner. The two guys trying to harass Shane in the hospital were vice cops who might be in the take, They decide to find an arrest Jarvis today and take the two rent boys into hiding tomorrow. So far they cannot find Jarvis. Has he gone into hiding? I hope he can be found soon.

Enrico entered the fray and asserted his power by destroying the helicopter. The Wolf and his men have no way to escape, It is a standoff. The Wolf needs Enrico's help to leave. Now what will Enrico demand from the Wolf in order to allow the Wolf to leave? Maybe the Wolf can lie and pretend Enrico has won and ask for a plane to leave. Enrico will want the fighters and threats to leave. The destruction is programmed to happen, is it not? The Wolf might think he can leave and the financial system will collapse is going to occur. He may assume Enrico does not know about this built in disaster. But, maybe Enrico does know and can stop it?

On bastard down--more still out there The general has died and it was assumed to be a natural death. The Order's plan to use the General 's guilty actions -not knowing he had died yet--to bring down the government failed when Will did not take the bait Will feels guilt from his complicity in killing the General, What about the military plans ordered by the now dead General ? Will the military forces leave the national government headquarters now? Silas still has pawns and levers to control. Sarah took Ed or Ned away. Now, Sarah is flying Petter and Matt are being northwards and away from Ottawa. They are being lied to making them think she is on their side and this process is legal. Are these three detainees going to be brought together without yet being aware this is a scam? They need to wake up and flee.

No, Will is going to figuratively stab the General in his chest when he gets the proof that the alleged crime is fictitious. He could demand his removal by asking Parliament. Where will Peter and Matt be held? Might they be placed or hidden in a secure facility or safe house that also houses Ed Rawlins? Just hoping..... Andrew needs to be proactive and not just deal with his removal of Matt and Peter. I hope he is now ready to send a small team to capture Pierre Thorne.

I would love to see Steve , a potential agent of chaos, or Brian , the pastry chef, ignored by their guards who are focused on the intrusion by Alex, then let loose on the server farm and shiny buttons.

You said provocatively...." someone FAR more terrifying that Alex and Kenny is already INSIDE that dam, right next to the biggest financial system in the world... Wolf is going to have a bad day." I love the sound of the scary solution you have identified. Let me guess, please.....Is it a person or persons that were sent to this dam when the attack on the earlier dam was identified and threats were made? Or, might the server farm have its own AI defense system that will spring forth when it senses danger which the attack on the drone triggered? I am really looking forward to this terrifying mater and Wolf's bad day in your next chapter. Great cliffhanger!

Wow--Alex and Kenny found out what was really going on. It is mind blowing disastrous. The dam attack was a cover. The dam is powering a massive server farm that is running a critical part of the world's financial system. Wolf is going to activate an algorithm that will crash the server farm and collapse the system. The enemy will know this timing so its side can make hundreds of billions from the crash. Alex and Kenny know what is intended and they are stuck outside the dam unable to prevent the impending crash. The smart drone is disabled fighting off a virus. Wolf's men inside know they are around in a general sense but, not their specific location. Now, can the drone repair itself and wreak havoc on Wolf's plans? If not, does Alex have to go back inside when he can and find a way to manually destroy the effort to collapse the system? This is a very dangerous situation.

Cannot wait to see Will take charge and fight. He will win the public over and save his friends and family.
