You've posted a gallery of interesting characters here, to count only living: Mihairi, the sister, probably the biggest Owen's support in the future (unlike the past); Nathan, hypocritical and bigoted sister's ex; Joseph, sympathetic nephew (possible gay also); new Minister, possible leader of the inquisition against town homosexuals; Lawrence, the boss and powerful man in the town (he might be interested in Hargraves' inheritance); some old friends, or, maybe "friends"...Joey and Simon (there is still question who betrayed Owen)...we still have to meet Colin (we know him from synopsis) and who knows how many more interesting personalities! There are so many possibilities to develop story, I'm really curious and eager to find out... I like the settings especially - English province has always reminded me on the best literature classics.

Nice chapter, Toby continue exploring... He and Noah might be cute couple. Why should Noah be worried about outing to his parents when his older brother is gay also?!

I have written in Review that this is the most intimate and the most tender love story @Mrsgnomie has ever written. With Max and Reid I expect something totaly different, something fast and furious! 🙂 They have such energy and so stubborn and strong characters that story will be funny, crazy, with lot of twists and turns and certainly more drama... Oh, and some wild sex too... 😂

Asa is a healer, his mission is to repair, not to destroy. He is such a divine creature that I believe it would be sacrilege using him in combat. But it is Kage who is protecting them all the time. At the end of the previous chapter, I've been thinking that it was Kage who helped Sebastian spare Caleb's life in 2nd story. Kage's shadow might fall on the enemies...

But it was such a tender and emotional moment... Isn't it wonderful?! I really hope that nobody expected situation like - "Caleb and Vann looked in each other's eyes. In that moment both of them new...they were running spreading arms. Caleb cried - Oh, son of mine...Vann replied - Oh, I knew you are my dad"!!! Caramba, that would be some telenovela! 😂

This was beautiful chapter, so emotional...honestly, I didn't expect that...I thought it's all about passion, lust and sexual exploration. But this is different, more serious in a nice way. Well, sometimes a lot of alcohol is needed to open your heart and soul. Story is very hot, but I'm glad that there is more to it than just sex.
