  1. Okay, they're hot, but that really is not my kind of music. No offense.
  2. Just look at these puppies. They're adorable! http://www.justin.tv/texaswhitelabs
  3. I like hugs, lots and lots of hugs.
  4. Happy birthday, Princess!
  5. Steve Wilkos used to be head of security for The Jerry Springer Show. He has a talk show of his own now, and it's awesome. Does anyone else watch it from time to time?
  6. Well, I'm certainly not looking for this type of relationship. It can be very messy. Plus, I have a hard enough time trusting one guy.
  7. That is certainly interesting. I think I should go for an order of states: Missouri, Kansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas.
  8. Joey switched teams?
  9. I figured since I just moved a couple months ago, I'd start a topic about this. Now, I don't expect the names of towns as some like to keep that private it. I have lived in Kansas City, Missouri as well as several small towns with in 60 miles of it. One was called Pleasanton, Kansas. I just moved from there, but I also lived there when I was very young. I also lived in another town close to Pleasanton called Mound City. I really liked that town. It's where I lived when I first started going to school. I also lived in a very small town on the Missouri side called Amoret. I didn't really like that town at all. Then there was a town in southeast Missouri that I lived in called Bertrand. It was about 2 hours south from St. Louis and two hours north of Memphis. Now I lived in a town called Waxahachie, Texas. It's not extremely large, but it's much bigger than most of the others in which I have lived. The only exception, of course, is Kansas City. So, now I'm curious about where others have lived and whether or not they've moved great distances. If the names of the towns are not to your liking, regions and/or proximity to major cities is just fine.
  10. That was a good chapter. Ugh... I am ready for Neil to be knocked off. He's such bitch. I hate him! At least Robbie sees him for what he is now though.

    Sigh

Conflicted... yes that would be the word. For so many years, I lived in the KC area (with a short interlude in SEMO). Now I'm in Texas. I like it here, but sometimes I miss home. It's like there's a small void there. I don't regret leaving. I feel a lot happier here most of the time. But I see myself wondering what the future will bring. Will I end up staying in Texas? I don't really know. It's like there's still something missing in my life, a void that has been eating at me for a long time. I just know that once that gap is filled, I can truly be happy and not have to worry about the proverbial shoe to drop. In other news, I'm still not getting the work hours I really want. I need full time, because I really want to save up money for my own place. But when I get to that point, where do I want to go? I don't really know. I could stay here in this town, the largest I've ever lived in other than Kansas City. I do like the hustle and bustle of a city, but there's a part of me that will always be a country boy, and there are so many places to explore. There's also the thought of moving closer to the ocean. Houston is a beautiful city... so close yet so far from me now. It's been 7 years since I was there, and I was not there for long, but it's definitely a nice city. The weather here is definitely going to be an adjustment. Normally I am more used to it being anywhere from the 40's to the lower 60's this time of year, but it's not at all unusual for temperatures here to reach the upper 80's or lower 90's here, and where I was before, that didn't happen until late May or early June. It really does make a lot of difference. It's also bone dry here. It seems like it rarely rains here. There have even been some fires. It's unbelievable to me. Of course, it would always start to rain in March where I was before, and the occurrence of snow and winter rain was often enough that there was no mistake that a severe or moderate drought was out of the question during the winter and spring months. Even with February technically being the driest month there, wild fires were unlikely at best. A few news stories also struck me as of late. The first was a woman whose daughter was apparently murdered by her former girlfriend. That's just sad. Then there was news about a man who was severely assaulted in Dallas. Apparently, it was a hate crime as he happens to be gay. So even in a major city that is increasingly progressive, there is still a great deal of danger. The third is about this evil man who's been raping young girls between 12 and 14 years old. In two cases, he entered an apartment that was unlocked. In the third, he had a key. That's just awful. Why are there so many evil people in this world?
  12. I saw a video once. I didn't even finish watching. I thought it was weird. I was being facetious with the above statement, so don't read into it too much.
  13. You never know. He may be kinky enough to like it.
  14. Good grief, Keith. There is a process. There is editing and beta reading to be done with every chapter, and Joe uploads them. It all takes time. I understand though. It's been a while since an author truly had me hooked like this around here.
  15. I'm with you on that one, Steve! Happy Birthday, Dan.
  16. Well, I don't really say that much of the list applies to me. I hope that doesn't mean that I'm going to lose my gay card.
  17. Well, the truth has been revealed now. All I have to say is "ouch". Seriously, I really don't get why anyone would want to be fisted, but that's what Robbie's apparently into.
  18. Naked pictures are not allowed on GA.
  19. Well, I think we'll find out soon. What I found more interesting about the chapter was Brad being with Max and being in love with two guys at once. Honestly, I think he and Max would be good together. I can see the hate mail coming my way now.
  20. Ah yes... I do believe Keith was gay. He did bang a chick, but a lot of gay guys do and will sometimes do so from time to time, often to hide the fact that they're gay. In his case, it was a simple case of someone who must have been horny and didn't care.
  21. I do not know much about Pandora's box. I sincerely doubt that it exists as I would think that someone would have found it by now.
  22. I'm not brainwashed. I know that the evil goat uses evil cliffhangers, and is, in fact, the undisputed King of Evil Cliffhangers, and that is something I don't think will ever change. However, my definition of an evil cliffhanger may be stricter than your own.
  23. I agree. The funniest was where this chick was running across the street, because she thought she saw angels. The "angels" were actually blow-up dolls.
  24. Now now guys. Yes, Cliff James uses cliffhangers, but he does not use one in every single chapter, and I venture to say that there's bound to be a really nasty one soon, so save your accusations for that one.
  25. You're probably right. Then again, it could be something that's reciprocated.
