Well, Julian is a bit "off" to say the least. He can be quite cold and matter of fact in his description of events. Other times he is warm. So yes, it is meant to be like that.
Well, I'm going to be working on a vignette as well. I'll have to see what happens. I'll be working on DE 2 all along. By the way, how do you like Dark Earth 1 so far?
Yes, there are violent deaths in that cruel world. The whole world in Dark Earth has no innocence left at all. It's kill or be killed. Even though it is fantasy, there still have to be some realistic elements. Otherwise, it won't work. I'm glad you liked it, CJ.
Just so everyone knows, I am restructuring the next part of the trilogy. It will be in 3rd person, and the chapters will be more numerous but somewhat shorter. I've been writing Chapter 1. I am going to at least get over half way done before I start posting chapters. I also might be doing a murder/mystery vignette next, so I am not sure which one I will be posting first. I have to do some research for the vignette though. Second Chances is on hold for now, but I will get around to it eventually.
You know why they are not being posted. Besides, poems are personal therapy. They're for me. If people asked for them privately, I would probably let them (depending on who they were).
I sometimes write poetry. Sometimes it's anger, other times sad or a combination of the two. Regardless it is great therapy for me. One a side note, sometimes I do not post the poems in e-fiction, because they are too personal.
Well, I do recall at least two motorcycles in the past. One was almost fatal
Don't celebrate too soon. The alternative still almost led to Eric's death.
As for the proposal, I vehemently disagree. Instead, the members should decide who retains, or gains, the title of King of Evil Cliffhangers. :king:
That sounds like a plan!
Well, I remember being in The Bimillennium Club. It seems that I have surpassed it. I'm one of only two in the trimillennium club. That number is not good, because there should be at least three.
That's more than a lot of people, Mattie. It seems I have surpassed it posted over 100x31. That's a lot. I'm a bit of a postaholic. Anyway, Drew and Gary have saved the bimillennium club.
A while back, Kevin stated that it was, in fact, a dying breed, but now there are 5 members of The Bimillennium Club. They are Benji, JSmith, NickolasJames8, GaryinMiami, and Drewbie. Now, I'm sure Kevin will concede that these postaholics have brought back the club from extinction.
Lugh, the good thing is that there are so many types of stories to read. Yours are rather unique. I, for one, am definitely a huge fan of your poetry. I also know that for me there are die-hard fans who can't get enough of my stories. At the end of the day, that makes me feel better about what I do.
