  1. You made several good points. I'm not going to touch on all of it. I'm thinking there is something weird about Jame. Is he attracted to Milo? Or did he just want to bring Nelson down while protecting his friend? That whole thing about "what would bring Mr. Trust upstairs on that one particular day?" I imagine Jame saw Nelson's car sitting outside the house when Mr. Trust showed up and he said something to the effect of "That kid who got us all arrested is here" and Mr. Trust went to go check out the situation. Still, no matter what way you think about it, something odd is going on with Jame. Who knows, maybe him and Brandon will end up together in the end. JBITE... MNITE.... Win win! 2. Nope. I was firing Estevan and Jackariah Long Live Milo and Nelson! (and their relationship, or, at least let me see some hot sex first... ) (yup, I'm being shallow right now, they're a cute couple) MNITE!
  3. I bet Lisa runs off and joins Trevor and Joel before she even gets to court; besides, lawsuits take forever to get filed and, there's no real cause of action. CJ was right when he did his research and the lawyer (Jim) within the chapter stated that using Infliction of Emotional Distress by withholding information as to Trevor's whereabouts would be tricky at best. I'm surprised he's not suing the police department for not doing their jobs and locating his son. That's negligence right there, and it could very well be placing a minor child at risk with them failing to do their jobs. Of course, it's out of their jurisdiction now, what with the boys having crossed international lines. I'm wondering when the CIA and Dep. of Homeland Security and FBI are going to get involved. Hrm.... Possible reasons that Dirk's wife tried to make it look like she was dead: Tax Fraud/Evasion Fake her death for the collection on the insurance policy. (Don't insurance companies need bodies?) Possible mafia ties. Witness Protection Program (perhaps they were witnesses to brutal mafia murders) Uhm... Mom kidnapped Trevor, so he's not biologically theirs. The reasons are so vast. So. Elements for Intentional Emotional Distress (basically what you need for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress as a Cause of Action) The tort of intentional infliction of emotional distress has four elements: (1) the defendant must act intentionally or recklessly; (2) the defendant's conduct must be extreme and outrageous; and (3) the conduct must be the cause (4) of severe emotional distress. 943 S.W.2d 297. (Missouri) NEGLIGENT INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS The elements of a claim of negligent infliction of emotional distress are: 1. The defendant engaged in negligent conduct or a willful violation of a statutory standard; 2. The plaintiff suffered serious emotional distress; 3. The defendant's negligent conduct or willful violation of statutory standards was a cause of the serious emotional distress. What do you guys think? Did Lisa violate a statutory standard by with holding information that violated a statutory law or a standard set by society's expectations? Was any of her conduct extreme or outrageous? Still don't know what the hell I am talking about? Look Here (California) for more information on this tort that is very rarely used because it is so difficult to prove.
  4. Attention all Team Milo strike force members! The enemy camp has made their presence known! I highly caution all Team Milo members to be on the alert and take out Team Brandon members at any opportune chance. 5. Fired. Again. MNITE FTW!
  6. I bet Joe is a chickenshit that can't deal.
  7. U really think Milo will out himself Benji? I'm not sure, i think he's a coward right now, running away from Nelson. He should have gone after him rather then letting Nelson walk away like that. I think it's gonna NBite. Maybe. Still not sure, the cards are up in the air. And, welcome to the crowd.
  8. Two? No way, I'm okay with one though, he's got that dark, brooding, shy boy thing going on And I'm def. okay with ur version of Nelson, he's got the whole mischievous, outgoing, fun-loving type thing going on too. Just needs blonder hair, heheh
  9. Welcome to GA, Tristian. Are you a domaholic too? We have meetings once a day any time of the day (or night, whichever. Someone's around 24/7, usually) You are indeed most likely correct. The only people who would have known about the alcohol was someone in the room, I believe it's Jame. I don't believe Mr. Trust would bother to really waste his time on trying to destroy Nelson's reputation. LT
  10. Don't think so. Milo acted like a catholic school girl would; clutching her cheer leading outfit around her upper thighs like she didn't have a clue what to do when the highschool quarterback from the other school got her in bed. IE. He was completely naive in regards to what he was doing, and, he totally panicked when Nelson got his hands on his pants. (notice I didn't say in, since Milo jizzed in his pants, and yes, I'm totally smirking right now) Me
  11. He was running when he left stratfort. He was running from the rumor that people were starting to think he was gay. He admitted it in chapter 13 14 or 15, can't remember off the top of my head.
  12. I think it knocked alot of us over. You're not alone, my friend. But, I want a happy ending. I want Milo to stop being miserable. He was just starting to be a happy young man when he was with Nelson. I don't want NBITE because, to me, that means that Milo will be miserable. I want Milo to stop being miserable and find happiness. He deserves it. I'm also not saying that Nelson and Brandon wouldn't be a good fit. Who knows, they might be. But, Brandon doesn't seem like the serious type who can handle a relationship. I don't think he wants to be out at school anymore than Nelson wanted to be. Still rooting for MNITE
  13. I think that perhaps Mr. Trust might have jumped to conclusions and Milo didn't confirm or deny anything, and Jame heard those conclusions and spread them around, to Nelson's devastation. Don't ask me how I jumped to that conclusion, I just did, because, Milo seems pretty tight lipped when he wants to be.
  14. I voted Jame as the person who outted Nelson and I also voted Milo as the person who will come to Nelson. I think Milo will start seeing reason when he comes to senses. He doesn't seem like the type of guy who will have others do his work for him.
  15. You're also right. Nelson was under the impression that Joe was in the thick of things, but, I also think that note had something to do with it. I also still think that Jame had something to do with it as he is Milo's best friend and would be in the midst of things as well. I can't imagine Milo talking about anything at his new (old) school in regards as to why he's back. I can still see him selling out Nelson though to protect his own hide. I just don't know anymore, we'll get our answers though. LT
  16. Like the title says, "With Trust" Maybe I'm being hypocritical on everything I've said before, but you do have a point. We'll just have to trust that Nelson ends up With (Milo) Trust.
  17. Agreed. The real questions is, Will Nelson take Milo back if and when Milo gains the balls to stand on his own two feet??? Will Milo be willing to risk everything, up to and including his father disowning him, to keep the love Nelson was willing to give him? Despite Milo's past issues with his father, and telling his father to "f**k off" before, this situation is completely different. It's everything Milo was afraid of, and now Milo needs to gain the courage to, once more, tell his father to "f**k off". Here's to hoping. Cheers Biatches!!! ~Sober Linxe (I'm drinking Dr. Pepper)
  18. I'm tired of intrigue. My heart can't take much more. ~Old
  19. Emily and Thompson Trust came home early on that day because Emily had an allergic reaction to something and ended up hives. ~Considerng NBITE....
  20. I agree with Talon, but did you all already forget about the note that Nelson had left in Milo's locker that Jame had seen and dropped in the parking lot... the note that Nelson never bothered to pick up. None of us know what that note says, and, I agree. I think perhaps Milo was the one who made up the story and Jame was the one who repeated it. I think that, pretty soon, Nelson is going to get extremely drunk due to being unable to handle all this sudden pressure. ~Me.
  21. That was painful to read. I think it took me an hour to get through it, and i don't think I'll ever go back for a 2nd read. I just wish Milo would grow some balls and stand up to his father and Jame. But, I guess he's taken the cowards way out. Perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised. We'll see, even if the wait on chapters is killing me.
  22. U.N. Resolution 1441 applies to Iraq.... Not the United States of America, and, quite frankly, The U.N. has no authority over here. I hate to say it but the U.N. has become nothing more then a doormat for the U.S. to wipe their feet on, or kick aside, in the event that the U.N. decides to get in the way of the U.S.
  23. In the prologue it was already stated that their marriage hadn't been doing well, so the chances are pretty unlikely.
