You're probably right, Puppilull. The Secret Service could not forcibly remove Dorian, but they sure can intimidate the hell out of him- which they did.

Droughtquake wants to clarify that milk or cola are effective in cleansing the eyes of pepper spray, not to be used as an irritant by the police. As for Avery, he is a megalomaniac. How dare those impudent students not heed his warning.

Wes continued to hold my hand as we followed Joseph down the sidewalk toward Founder’s Square. Surprisingly, most of the students watching us began to applaud. Wes was never going anywhere, Timothy. He and Dorian have too much feelings for each other. They are marching to draw more attention to the attacks of gays and lesbians on campus. Handing out a flier is meaningless. It just gets tossed. As droughtquake mentions above, it shows that the protestors are passionate about their cause.

You're right, droughtquake. I've been involved in both forms of protest, and a peaceful march draws much more attention. Of course, passing out fliers while marching is best.

I don't personally know any university presidents, droughtquake, but I would assume that many of large institutions are hired for their political connections. It's all about the all mighty dollar. See- you're not the only cynical one here.

It's difficult, Timothy, to come up with the right word to describe emotion. There is not a lot of proper words to use to show excitement. I guess I should just say, 'he said excitedly.'

Um, head of the university. Probably a couple of PH.ds considering he's overseeing a major school that a senator sends his kid to. I would consider him clever, droughtquake. Maybe he doesn't have a lot of common sense.
