  1. Without understanding what is in the warehouse, the trio have no idea of the damage they may be causing. What if there are chemicals or other dangerous items stored in the warehouse? This could not hurt just the Messiahs but also the shifts, bio-shifts, and humans as well. This group is getting more and more reckless. They either need to get a better grip on their actions or be stopped.
  2. Such a joyous night with this group; sad that tragedy struck elsewhere. I am so glad that Tchama was able to catch Auntie Peg and get her to meet Ninyani. And for Ninyani to be exposed to this wonderful world and allow it to help him blossom is wonderful. I hope that Ninyani gets to enjoy this; even if just for the night. To live a life of denial and then to have something this fabulous open before you is truly life changing. A truly wonderful chapter.
  3. So glad that both Dozi and Ilya stood up and decided to help with the watch. Dozi can't really do anything but be a witness and sound the alarm; but she knows the area better than most and I think will be a help. I am glad that none of the group was hurt; that said; doesn't the mystic and his family along with Ninyani live in Spritehood area? I hope that whatever the three extremist did doesn't impact them to badly...
  4. Sex can screw everything up; let's hope in this case that it doesn't. I am sort of surprised; I guess I thought that Mark would take the more active role not Wayne; but you can't ever really tell. I don't think Mark is using Wayne as a substitute; but I do think his fear of ending up totally alone is getting to him. How large of an area are they enclosing; I will have to go back and see if it is stated somewhere. Seems like this is a huge area for them to have done this much and still have eighty yards to go. Understand why Mark wanted to leave a note; but at this point is that really a smart thing to do? What if someone found it that you did not want to know where you were? So glad to see a new chapter; can't wait for the next one.

    Chapter 70

So did not see that coming; Claire either finally listened to what JP was actually saying and got it. JP still amazes me; he truly is the heart of this story. I hope that she takes what he said to heart and decides not just the Foundations issues but some of her personal ones as well. Will was so on; his comments to Claire and Craig before the meeting were spot on. Sometimes I just want to slap Brad across the back of the head with a lead weight; but then he will pull his head out of his ass. I have to wonder how Craig is going to take Claire's vote? Will he understand why? Well, this was not dinner at Escorial; but it had some similarities.

    Chapter 3

WOW, the vampire must be thinking, delivery takeout... Caden tried to bargain at the start then ran so recklessly that he injured himself and left himself no way to even attempt to defend himself against the purple eyed monster. Let's hope the vampire is smart enough to just take a few sips; keeping Caden alive to feed from would keep him with a fresh food source.
  7. I agree with @drpaladin that S'kay has become a fanatic, in a way they all are; but I disagree with @scrubber6620 that her death would stop Gawa; I think it would just make her more determined. Eroli is the only one that seems to be developing a big picture, but I fear that his reluctance to step away may make things worse. Where is Tuala? Does he just come and go; has he backed away from this venture? The neighborhood watch is a good start; but no regular human could really stop or stand up to the Messiahs. And S'kay is right in one regard; the attack by the Messiahs was so generalized that it will turn the humans and more of the shifts and bio-shifts against them. Have to wonder "what" there target will be; how do their powers effect things other than flesh?
  8. The Messiah's did the killing in Gate Town; and seemed to enjoy it; but the true killers were the group of bio-shifts that attacked and killed the Messiahs. Their actions directly lead to this attack; and they are responsible for the dead humans and other bio-shifts; of course, their actions may be over-looked but they are just as guilty of these deaths as the Messiah are.

    Chapter 2

Like most people, Caden has no idea how to survive away from the comforts of daily life. It isn't his wealth but the fact that as a society we have moved so far from nature that we have no idea how to survive without a 24 hour supermarket nearby. Well, Caden is about to find that he is not alone. And not even close to the top of the food chain.

At this point, maybe the Congress of Wolves should be involved. This is not a leadership matter within a pack but a group that is so desperate to hold onto ill-gotten gains that they are threatening to expose the pack and others through their actions. Trevor handled everything with as much grace and strength as I think we all knew he would. Let's hope that Ethan will be able to help; if Thad dies, I would not give a rat's ass for any McKinney being alive in the world one year from his death. Randy is special to Trevor, and I think that Trevor is just realizing how much. Just a really great chapter, could this be the time for Dorian to come back?
  11. Dozi, Ilya, and Tchama may well have been better served going to see Aunt Peg. They might have gotten a warning of what has happened while the group was gone and been more prepared for what could be coming. I am so happy that Ninyani was able to bond with this group. I hope that he is able to grow with them in wisdom and love. His powers will mark him as dangerous by some once they are known; but let's hope he gets to big young for a little while longer. They men and Lahari will do what they can to protect him and nurture him; as will his other new found friends.
  12. I understand the need to strike back at the Messiah for all the harm that they have caused; but these three are doing it in a way that is guaranteed to bring the heaviest response against all the bio-shifts. Some of the bio-shifts will not be able to defend themselves as well as these three can and will die because of the actions of this miniscule group that is acting without taking into account how the retaliation will effect all. I understand that in general the Messiah are evil; but Agrell were not; she came to realize that the actions of the Messiah were wrong, as have others. To strike blindly without plan or purpose but just to kill and destroy is honestly as bad or worse to me than what the Messiah do. Many bio-shifts will die or be injured because of the actions of their so called brethren.

    Chapter 1

Caden did not seem that happy to start with; he indicated that he had plans for his money but there was no real joy in his thoughts. I do hope that someone at least reports that he is missing; since none of guest were aware where or when he went missing it might not help alot, sort of wonder when they will realize he is gone? Will anyone report him missing or will they just try and go on with their party without him? What ocean were they in? Nice start and the art was excellent.
  14. An eye-for-eye and tooth-for-tooth would lead to a world of the blind and toothless.
  15. I hope they are able to get out without a disturbance. It is sad that the villagers and Dozi's family turned on them; with the knowledge of Ninyani they could have helped the village and have maybe prevented some of the children from being taken. Hate and fear only bring problems; never solutions...
  16. Unfortunately, all these bio-shifts are proving is they are as savage and heartless as the Messiah's themselves. Actions like this never even the score; only bring about more death and retribution.
  17. Well, we can hope that the dead bodies are Messiah, but we don't know that yet. Vion missed the killing because he was out on his own investigating and got drunk. Did the old man buying the drinks know that Vion was a Messiah and kept him there getting drunk while others got to those at the house? Could Vion have been made to kill them?
  18. Well, that reunion did not go as planned. The ignorance of some just can't be overcome. This behavior may have damned the whole village. When this group leaves, are their going to be many that could stand up to those taking the children? Just sad...
  19. You would like to think that among those that remain with the Messiah's there would be a good person; but that does not appear to be the case. Those that realize how horrible they are flee much like Agrell. Those that stay, are damned in a way they will never fully understand.
  20. Well, a new member for the group, and like Agrell, Ninyani does not understand his place in the world yet. A child torn asunder will make the village fear anything or anyone that is different; but perhaps if the group fights to save them, we will just have to see.
  21. Have to wonder if this group is not responsible for some of the deaths? As readers we have sympathy for the bio-shifts because of what they have suffered; but there will be evil among them as well.
  22. Will our intrepid band be able to stop the creature taking the children? What is causing the fire well to the north?
  23. Did these Messiah not know what happened before? Do they not understand the death their kind has wrought? Did they think their past actions had no consequences? Instead of accepting what has happened and working to understand the past and fix the future; they will just make things worse.
  24. Bulog brought about his death and it appears the death of others by fearing the future instead of allowing those around him to prepare for it.

Oh Hell to the No... First Seth ends up really torn up; and now afraid to leave his house. Trevor locates the wolf shifter involved; and isn't that one of the primary no no's in the packs? Never go after a human as it draws too much attention to the pack. Let's hope the idiot decides to cooperate, and turn against his so called friends. I do hope that Randy, Trevor, et al are able to help Seth get past this; or hook him up with counseling that allows him to try and move forward. But who the hell shot Thad? Was the shot silver; if so probably involving pack issues like the miserable thieves that they are tracking, if a regular shot, then may have something to do with the attack on Seth. Do hope that Thad is going to be okay, losing him would devastate Wade and the pack. The loss of their Alpha was more than most could handle; but now this... Trevor explained himself and got a few answers as well. In the end, you just have to be who you truly are meant to be. OMG, the thought of Trevor, Skylar, and Randy is just too hot to handle. We need another update; like now...
