Glad that Grayson got to spend some time talking to Raffa, let's hope he heard him, and it helps. So many people care, perhaps more than Raffa or Grayson realized, they both are lucky in their friends and family. Mike may have some repercussions to face, we will have to see. Wish I could believe that what Grayson told the police would help, but honestly, sometimes you never know how something like this will work out, let's all hope for the best.

Glad that Deidre survived Toby and Toby survived Deidre for the time they spend together. A plus that Deidre had the sense to not come up and have tea, I always worry that she will just go off over something minor and it blows up into something huge. Brian, Gordon, and Russ had a nice time but then had things to do when they got back to town. Evie and Drew are a true delight, hope they have the paintings hanging in some truly highlighted area. And the rings sound perfect, way to go Drew. Denise seemed relieved, and Vera will enjoy the party. I don't think either of them will be shocked by the paintings. Forewarned is better prepared, and with a nude painting always a good thing so no one freaks. Just loved everything about this chapter.

Why do I feel that Marc is about to rearrange their part of the galaxy to his liking, come hell or high water. Grandma Barbara Alexander Armstrong understands Marc on a level that no one else really does at this point. And she understands what he needs maybe more than he does. Adam needs to do what Grandma says, but Marc is going to blister his butt to start with. Love this so much.

Oh Lord, I so want to slap Jeremy and tell him to stop thinking like Will, the whole world does not revolve around you. Yes, you are making headway with Will, but there is still work to do, and starting with Brad needs to happen. Will needs to cut Jeremy some slack and realize how fried he was finding out about is parentage, and honestly, there should have been some discussion before it came out like that. Kris is good for Jeremy. And I think Jeremy is good for Travis. Thor is just trying to latch onto anyone that will stay with him, but he is going about it in a way that will drive everyone away. Glad that Thor is going to come out to his family, and Will is right, don't do it just before they leave, give them time to digest it and ask questions. Great chapter and it moved a lot of things forward.

Well, I certainly felt that Claire at the very least pushed Remy into something that he did not want to do. I am shocked that he did not take the opportunity to tell Mistress Therese and Ellen. I don't think that Anduin understands the word no coming from Remy. Does Marc like Remy more than just as friends? Why is he so upset?

Rod's an ass, and anyone that has that big of a meltdown over something like what happened is either hiding something and way to repressed or just a total bigot. Jake might have waited a little bit longer without bringing anyone in but do understand his actions. And Domenico needs some therapy to deal with everything thing anyway, just not sure this was the best way to start it.

Well, evil can inflict the Vampires just as it can the Humans. Was this all of The Guild, or could there be others elsewhere? What brought about their rise? Constantine did what he felt he had to do, would have felt better if he had spoken to Vladimir first, but sometimes it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Wonder what other secrets these two have?

So many great stories, when I see some of these lists in this genre, I think of @dkstories and @Mawgrim and just get sad and wonder what else we might have had...

Leandro seems just as cool as Raffa, and I can understand why both Raffa and Grayson like him and would find it easy to confide in him. Olly just needs to feel secure, and right now, Grayson makes him feel safe. We can all hope that Raffa is going to be okay. The vertebrae still worry me, but mostly because there is no way to know how much damage there is until Raffa is awake and can be checked out while they do some testing. I also worry about memory issues, short term would be okay, he doesn't need to relieve the wreck, but any further back than that might be hard for Grayson to deal with. So much going on, let's hope it all works out for the best.

Gray and Matt had a lovely time, and so glad. Matt obviously has some money issues, but are they his or his mother's? Really like that they are going to continue meeting in the Nature Reserve in the mornings during the week. I think it is nice that they are taking their own sweet time, no need to rush this, whatever it is. LOL, I can just see Vince stripping then turning on a dime and marching out all pissy. I do understand his initial concern, even if he really doesn't think anything about Gray and Freddie being naked together, it would need to stay in the family so to speak. Not something that everyone would approve of, especially in light of Vince's work situation. I would assume this is a old established firm, fairly conservative, not reactionary but still. Can't wait to see what happens next...

Well, a wreck like that on a motorcycle means broken bones, so that was to be expected. The damage to the vertebrae can't really be determined until the swelling of the tissue goes down and they wake him up and do an assessment. They didn't say anything about swelling in the brain, or issues with his neck so that is good, but I do worry about short- or long-term memory loss. Raffa wakes up and doesn't know anyone??? Grayson's mother is just being a mother, and part of that is taking care of your child, although as we all know, that doesn't always happen. Mike may have more than a little to answer for, I mean it looks more than a little suspicious that he traded up to a vehicle like that, and then just happened to be there with Animal went after one of the boys and was able to stop him. Talk about a tangled web. Let's all hope this works out for the best. Raffa will be out and in rehab even with just the basic injuries and broken bones for an extensive time. Patience...

Kids nowadays, lying to their mother... What is the world coming to. I am glad that James was able to have a good time helping his mother with her new ability. He actually appears to be a good teacher; this is not the first time he has been in this position. Being nice can at times be almost a curse. Love this story, so glad @Rhythminthemind that you are still posting chapter of it.

Marc needed to be able to deal with the decisions that he made that protected those he cared for. His actions caused a lot of death, even though he gave them the option of surrender. Marc made sure that those he cared for were protected and will be in the future. He needed to be able to process that and have the support of the one person that he thought was in total sync with him. Instead, he realized that Adam did not understand him on a fundamental level. Marc is going to have to process and deal with this on his own to some extent. Hugo is coming to help, but it will not be the same thing This chapter made me sad.

This group seems to be a good mix of guys. There are a couple that seem to take the lead more, but then that is true in any group. Glad that there are no big fights, or at least not yet. Surprised that the school would allow some of the activities, hope they got parental releases. An injury while throwing an ax would make for an interesting lawsuit. LOL.

Honestly, hope we see Violet and this group again. Seems that Upfield does a passion or two. Dust seems really interesting; wish we had seen more of him. Hope this is just the start of a series of stories involving these characters.

Marc's actions in the battle will send the message that I would have thought everyone already had, don't threaten his family, loved ones, or what is his. Can't believe Amelia thought a show would work after what Marc had been through. Adam is going to have to decide who he follows, his mother or Marc, he can't follow both. Glad that Caitlan and Hannah are there to help out. What the hell does Uncle Fran have that is this interesting? Can't wait to find out.

Well, was Mike following Grayson and Raffa or following Animal? He hit Animal's vehicle and prevented him from getting away, but explaining all of that might prove more difficult than one would think. We can hope that Raffa comes through this, but I can guarantee there will be some damage, we can hope not too much cerebral but broken bones and some internal damage at the very least. The guy that stopped Grayson from moving him was right, if there is spinal damage any movement before the professionals were there would have been dangerous. Grayson is going to have to get a hold of Raffa's parents and his own family. But first he is going to have to gather himself some. Mike is there to help, but this is something that he will have to do. I hate motorcycles.
