The dynamic with young horny teenagers, getting involved and not being able to handle themselves or the consequences is so true to life. Good job letting the angst and the story play out. Hopefully, they will all grow up some and reach out to each other. Zack really seems like he needs some help and maybe now it can happen.

Read through Ch. 18 today. Like the story, like the characters, like the sex, didn't like how short some of the chapters were. Still don't know how the soundtrack for the trailer turned out...or what is up with a dad who lives in England and mom lives with 2nd son. Guess I'll have to add to my favorites so I get updates.

Love is sometimes fickle, sometimes sweet, sometimes hard. Sort of like growing up. It's your story, so far it is very interesting, if not too pollyannish.

I've read all 48 chapters thus far posted and I have a couple of observations. 1) Great story about people dealing with trauma. Nice portrayal of not giving up on sex when dealing with paraplegia or other causes of ED! Everyone needs to be stroked-somehow, someway. 2) Love how you portray the animals, especially the dogs. Caring people are usually animal people in my humble experience. 3) To some extent all four main characters exhibit some characteristics of drama queens. Jeff gets angry, hurt, feels rejected, offended and is generally insecure. They all over react to some degree and there is a lot of testosterone in at least three of them. 4) Brendon could be the best thing to happen to all of them. If he could bring a little in your face humor to the adults and perhaps somehow show them that they mostly take everything and everyone, way too seriously, it would be nice. 5) Winter is always followed by Spring, which means hope and I hope that Gabriel finds his muse and gets back to this saga ASAP! Peace!

Another shocking climax. 2 chapters in a row. It was a good place to finish. Still no clue as to whom will be caught in the 9-11 attack or the impact on this intrepid and extended family. We all await the next book in the ongoing saga of JP & progeny.

Whoa! Beyond Kink. Intense. If this is the penultimate chapter, (which blew me away) I can't imagine what surprises will occur in the finale! Perhaps, some foreshadowing of the next book in the saga?

I love this series and the main characters. It will be interesting to see how Mark spins the tale regarding the naval battle at St. Vincent where the Brits fleet led by Jervis were overwhelmingly out-numbered and Commodore Nelson makes his mark.

Smashing to have George back in the saddle after a dip in the pool!

Interesting nuggets about early radar used aboard ships and it's limitations. The personal story line is reminiscent of some other albeit earlier wartime stories between the English and the Jerries. "All quiet on the western front" comes to mind. In the current turbulent times, when there is so much incivility in the world and intolerance, it is important to remember that even our adversaries are people. Now if I could just remember that when I am confronted by tea partiers, other members of the far right and intolerant bigots in general.

This is a doozie! Fast paced, riveting and confrontational. It ends with Stef diffusing the situation between Brad and J.P. in his famous style. I loved every word of it. Oh, and there is a reference to a little potential kink as well that acts as a bridge between two different scenes. Neat!

I read this chapter and must admit I found it riveting and nasty. Brad is a bit, but just a bit more vindictive than I thought. I always believed he could play hard ball, but his plans for Brian to take the blame for the leaked video, knowing the probable outcome is truly consistent with the adage: "Payback [revenge or vengance] is a dish best served cold." This is as coldly calculating payback as ever described. JP will be more than a little uncomfortable.
