Ok, why do I suspect that this is soon going to get a bit freaky?

I'm just going to see what happens in Chapter 2. So far, I'm a little confused by the (forward flash?) interview that begins: "Joining us tonight is Owen Davies of Black Fox fame!" The placement seems a little out of kilter and while it lets us know Owen is gay, I'm not sure what else it accomplishes except to let us know he has a predictable British sense of humour.

So now I'm wondering if Phillip ever gets clued in regarding all this detail about Farmer....or whether he later finds out Farmer survived?

Alright, here's my complaint. This chapter is too short and it's a good thing there is another one for me to read at once!

Well the return visit of Alexander was unexpected but fortuitous...for both of them! I quite enjoyed this chapter and eagerly await the next!

Bringing an event of this scale to a reality takes more than just vision, but attention to detail and lots of time and effort. I suspect the project and fundraiser to do well. Good job, but it seems Romeo is too busy to even think of Lucy? -
Farmer is a military guy and went with a military solution. The question is does he and his young companion make it to their island retreat?

So Jerome Baker appears ready to join the ongoing cast being assembled by Carlos....er...I meant Ritchie a.k.a. Romeo! Interesting chapter. It has me wondering about the plan for Veteran's Day! Another long(er) chapter please! -
James is building the story nicely and I expect it to continue for a bit more.

OMG! Farmer is no saint, but isn't quite the devil Phillip thought. His physical reaction and 'what have I done' shows he believes what Richard told him.

Okay, I didn't cry. My eyes just got a bit misty. Ritch and Lucy reconnected and it looks like they have a future. Senior year is going to be remarkable! And of course I can't wait for a really long couple of chapters detailing his adventures! -
Farmer fully intends to get away and evidently has the plan and resources to accomplish it.

I agree Bond is the pick for boomers and later generations. For my parents and grandparents, Fred Astaire was the epitome of debonair. -
Somehow I think Farmer is skilled enough to pull off his plan.

So Farmer didn't just off the serial boy killer, he tortured him to death in the process of breaking every bone in his body. Tyrone alerted Farmer of their being compromised and Farmer gave him a number....and neither expects to see the other again. I can't wait to see what James has planned for the next chapter! -
Good on ya for the bloody ripper Easter present. I love these characters and their friendly but pointed banter!

Well at least Jack Murphy isn't underestimating the former Green Beret. His review of the blueprint for the house raises additional concerns. Farmer's spin on his military career paints a far different picture than provided by the Pentagon.
