This is Part 2 of a 2 part story.

Whether you follow war, like war, read about war or are interested in war it is sadly a fact of life, but can make fascinating reading. The war in Afghanistan is still in play even as I write this in 2021. The country has been through many wars but ‘Him in the dust’ is a point in history (2005-2006) where I decided to start the book that you will read.

Axel the Kodiak werebear has finally found happiness with his home in Atikokan and his new cub Adam, but Adam's curiosity in his mysterious Papa's history has Axel bringing up memories that he has kept buried for centuries and will lead the pair on a 3,500 mile trek to Alaska to track down Axel's own Papa!

Jensen Stibbings longs for a place to call home. But at Sixteen, and the oldest resident at Greenstone Children’s Home, his hopes are fading fast. With a complex medical condition, anger issues and little to no real-world experience, he continues to get looked over for other younger and more adaptable kids.

Will Jensen see out his childhood days at the home until he is left to fend for himself at eighteen, or will he be saved from the scrap heap that is the care system? Time will tell, in Puppy for Sale.

So my friend's had a secret for a while - and I've just found out. All thanks to me paying him an unexpected visit and a pair of ladies shoes. He's a drag artiste. He's darned good at it too. I even ended up being bribed into being his quick-change dresser at the first of his gigs I went to!
