As Adam is running from his old life, he meets many interesting people. Still, it seems hard to leave his old life behind, as it's trying to catch up with him every time he takes time to rethink it all.

Fifteen year old Adam is a loner at school. Clever but afraid to show it, he is content not to draw attention to himself. However, one day in his World Geography class something happens to change that.

Lucky, the newest heir to the Prince Charming title, wants nothing more than to fall in love and live happily ever after with his own prince . Instead, he's being forced by his father to marry a woman with long hair from a tower who would much rather cut it all off, so she too can be become the hero of her own fairy tale. But with the help of the Big Bad Wolf/officer, Lucky goes on an adventure to break the curse of his newfound friends, while finding love from the most unlikely person in today's world where the fairest women and the most charming men become celebrities and the stuff of legends.

Based in the Charming universe, Once Upon a Time is a collection of short stories inspired by the storytelling card game of the same name. For each short story, I incorporated five or more story cards and one ending card that are all selected at random. Each story includes elements of fairy tales in the modern world, romance between two men and a guaranteed happily ever after. The title of each short story will be the sentence of the ending card and the story cards will be listed at the end. Enjoy!

Little by little their friendship develops, and little by little it becomes more than a friendship.

This is the third book in The Barnstable Chronicles. While you don't necessarily have to read the first two stories to enjoy this one, I highly recommend that you at least read Book One, Stitcher as many of the people and events in that story are referenced here. If you haven't read the second book, Charlie Danner Finds His Way, you can read it at any time.
