I write of young teen love that gives them hope.

My work is driven by my characters gleefully taking on lives of their own and dragging me along with my notepad and pen at the ready. Even if, to paraphrase Stephen King, you take ordinary people and throw them into extraordinary circumstances to see how they respond, I prefer realism, stories that could be happening right now with your neighbors, your friends, your family, or even you. And since my characters don't always give me a happy ending, I can't always give you one. Which is about as real as it gets.

Born in Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico in 1975. Studied a Major in Communications. Like drawing, painting, reading and writing. Huge fan of Star Trek TNG, Alias, Firefly and Ugly Betty. Love novels by Robert Rodi, Frank Herbert, Octavio Paz and many others.

Headtransplant writes about characters who face challenges that seem insurmountable, and who get tackled by love of the intense, passionate variety.

Hunter's work is focused mainly on that which is provided by his own life. His works are heavily influenced by his lived experiences, and thus tend to focus on high school and college-aged protagonists.
Not every story has a happy ending in Hunter's world, just like real life. Entertainment is the goal, but with the hope of creating an experience based on realism.

My stories are M/M romance with a special focus on young, sensitive, artistic men being paired with "rugged" alpha male types.
