My works are simply this: I strive for real characters, real situations (mostly), and they are not perfect, buff men. Mostly I write teens and young adult men who are finding their way through a new relationship.
Fantasy and escaping is one thing, but I also love to create boys/men that people can relate to and say, "Hey! That's me!"

Exploring the harsh realities of life: full of unfortunate circumstance, tragic accidents, physical violations, messy and abusive relationships, hitting rock bottom, feeling hopeless with each new obstacle, persevering against the odds - but ultimately, love stories that give hope: no matter what happens, anyone can find their way to happiness.

Valkyrie is new to fiction writing and finished her first serial in May 2014. Her work generally centers on flawed individuals who tend to go through some pretty tough times before reaching their happily ever after; if indeed, they do reach it. She is a big fan of animals, especially cats and horses, and they feature in quite a few of her stories. She is also a fan of sappy romance; although she tries to keep that to a minimum in her writing.

Masterful tales of personal interaction and complex relationships, stories that will move you, lift you up, and push you to the very crest of an emotional precipice, reminding you what's important in life.
