The Neverending Book - 23. Depression

Depression

You feel depressed.
You are not impressed.
You feel compressed.
And, you are stressed.
You are faced with all that you detest,
And, makes you feel that you are failing your test.
Maybe, a blessed nest will make you heal and make you feel that you are at your best.
But, being dressed in these clothes and thinking these thoughts makes you obsessed with what life has processed and compressed inside of each side of your mind and it's unkind.
So...
Where can you go? What can you do?

How can you grow?
Close your eyes, meditate.

And, you will know...
