The Neverending Book - 35. Plans II

Plans II

These plans are in your hands.

You hold the ability to mold,

Your own future into one that is silver & gold.

You may, at any day, even today display,

Your work that you have done,

And, show off how you have won.

You are the one.

You do not have none.

You have many.

You have plenty.

You are a star.

You are able and capable and can go far.

Do not look back at what was black.

Hold onto your plans.

Laugh how it all expands.

Forget the dark.

Look at the light.

Get delighted and excited for what can go right

Why do you think it is that I write?

I know what it feels like,

To be crowded & surrounded by what you dislike.

I was there, too.

But, now this book has been given to you.

It is yours.

It is ours.

At all hours, it has powers to help grow others' flowers.

May this binder be a reminder that you can succeed.

Faith is all that it is you need.

Don't stop going.

Don't stop growing.

Your hard work will be showing.

As this book is rhyming,

In perfect timing.

While it is knowing...

Chapter Comments

I love your poetry both for what you say and the beat to which you say it.

You have a strangely erratic, yet insistently patterned change of rhythm. It reminds me of the sounds of waves, lapping against my lake-bound rowing boat, as the swell of a larger Launch, passes me.

A strangely disordered pattern that rocks my boat, Black Pepper.

One that captivates, excites and attracts even greater attention, to all that you have to say.

It is only then, that your story begins to unfold the depths of its many layers. I rest contented, in my boat, pondering on all that just passed me by.

As the lapping of life's more orderly waves, returns once more.
