Site Administrator Myr Posted July 6, 2004 Author Site Administrator Posted July 6, 2004 Yup... it definitely looks more fancy. I'm drowning in bells and whistles. It'll be awhile before I get a hand on all of them. On the flip side, I've at least got the logo back. I'll test with it for awhile. It is much easier to edit colors on this new version than it was on the old... so once I settle on a standard format for the logo, you can expect color choices that include: blue, green, red, gold, and purple.
Site Administrator Myr Posted July 6, 2004 Author Site Administrator Posted July 6, 2004 By the way this is an example of nesting of quotes It makes things easier to figure out
Site Administrator Myr Posted July 6, 2004 Author Site Administrator Posted July 6, 2004 Oh... that little orange-ish colored invision logo is an online indicator. It the person is surfing the board, then that lights up.
Site Administrator Myr Posted July 6, 2004 Author Site Administrator Posted July 6, 2004 Oh... I just got a PM. You REALLY have to be blind to miss getting a PM notifaction now...
Taryn Winterblade Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 In your announcement about "For those who are squinting", you mentioned the smaller font size, lol... I'm not squinting 'cause of the font size, but, because the page is too bloody bright... *does fake vampire-like hiss while warding off the brightness of it all* Erm, yeah, other than needing more styles (which you said you were getting to already), I like it...
miguelsanchez55 Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 Hey All, Trayn, put on your darkglasses for a bit, that should help. Hey Myr, with all the bells and whisltes you're putting in, will it bring us a cup of tea? I love all the neat new thingys you're put here. Thanks Take care, Mike :sword:
Sparhawk Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 Really looking good Myr. Great job you are doing here. Thanks for all your hard efforts!
Gentim Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 I think I may take back my comment in the other thread about not being sure about the changes. If you can get all the bell and whistles to work:
Taryn Winterblade Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 Oh, fine Myr, just go and make me a liar, why don't you... now I am squinting... (that's a fullsize screenshot that I just took @ 1024 x 768 on a 15' flatpanel... the text.. is small...)
James Bond Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 (that's a fullsize screenshot that I just took @ 1024 x 768 on a 15' flatpanel... the text.. is small...) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> which is why I use a 19" LCD... Actually the list of features look interesting - we'll see how things work out. Expect some odd looking posts from me though... 007
