What's the funniest Spam you've received?

Although my spam filtering is pretty good, blocking about 98% before it is accepted, I still get the odd one or two spam messages each day pushing some sex aid or financial product or whatever. Because there aren't many I sometimes take the time to read them, and it amazes me how funny some of them can be, especially if you read them in an ironic or sarcastic frame of mind

 

Sometimes it's my imagined response to them that makes me laugh, like the ones that are trying to sell me straight porn, especially the ones that mention 'Lesbians'. My instant reaction is, you're outta luck here; you need to improve your target profile

 

So, are there any that have made you giggle, or that have made you want to make a funny reply?
