Not to mention the song had a revival in 1994, which was still somewhat recent to the timeline of the story. It's become sort of a timeless song, I think.

I love "This Must Be the Place" by the Talking Heads, although I'm not particularly fond of this version. I always associate it with the movie "Wall Street," a chorus at the height of Charlie Sheen's success.

I picked it because that scene with the apartment in Wall Street seems like such a quintessential Yuppie cultural touchstone, which fits in with JP wanting to attract Yuppies to Claremont with loft houses and the like.
