I recently saw a sign outside a church that read, "YOU CAN BE IN THE SON AND BE PROTECTED." I think there may be a hidden innuendo there that they probably didn't see...:P

 

Anyway, many of those messages make me laugh, sometimes because they are legitimately funny, sometimes because of sheer ridiculousness.

 

"CH__CH WHAT'S MISSING? U R!"

"HEAVEN IS AIR CONDITIONED, HELL ISN'T"

"JESUS IS A SUPERHERO"

Too damn funny. And maybe they did get it. I mean jesus wander around the countryside sleeping with 12 guys? :blink:

 

Confucius says: Prophet who lay down with apostles on mountainside, not on the level!

 

Then he went on to say, Prophet who lay down with apostles in wild strawberry patch, get in some jam! 0:)

How about poor phrasing in Church Bulletins? -

 

Weight Watchers now has a weekly meeting in the church multipurpose room, please enter through the double wide doors on the side.
