Believers or atheists, the spirit of Christmas touches us all.

 

It is a moment of meditation, introspection and hope for the future. Hope is a major virtue and Christmas is an occasion to cultivate it.

 

God, if he exists, is the same for everyone. He is a God of compassion and forgiveness.

 

We all have enemies, often within ourselves. Let's enjoy the Christmas Night and use this opportunity to forgive.

We will be lighter and therefore better and even happier. That's what I will try this evening, even if it’s sometimes hard !

 

I also wish you all, whether you are in joy and sorrow, a Christmas of peace and trust.
