eCupid- Gay romance movie

 

The plot is about a gay guy, who downloads a magic gay dating app on his iphone and Siri, the AI of the Iphone, keeps selecting random gay guys to show up at his door step. It is actually pretty good and asks some fun questions about relationships, gay life, and who is the most important person in your life.

You can't hide from me you old bloke

 

It is the 1969 British movie Kes, a movie about a troubled and bullied boy, who befriends and trains bird. The boy through the bird was able to soar higher than he had ever thought, but in the end, the bird's loss makes the watcher and him reflect on his hopeless situation.

 

It is a dark movie with a a sad ending that reflects senselessness in our reality, despite what little hopes we may have.

 

Great movie for emo kids, good choice zombie, too bad it was made more than 40 years ago.

It's a movie classic in Britain, of the raw, gritty "life is grim" genre and the "it's grim up north" sub genre, directed by the esteemed Ken Loach who specialises in this type of movie It gets regularly shown on British TV, although it's not been on for a while. I doubt it, or any of Ken's movies, ever get shown in the US - and if they do you'd need subtitles - so I'm amazed you got this. Well done!
