I was looking up info on lux-_apollos' latest gallery picture. I came across a fascinating photo of something completely different but just as interesting. Images of Water Droplets.

We are good, but Mother Nature just can't be beat. The expertise lays in the ability of the photographer to capture the moment. Seeing is believing, click on the page below.

Life can be amazing. I had to come to GA to hear from a guy (MrM) who lives in Hillcrest, San Diego, about something taking place not twenty minutes from where I sit.

Pardon me, in advance for the title the writer used.

Hehehehehe! :P

Congratulations! You guys are playing host to some of the funniest and kindest people I know!

The good Church Goers will hate them to death, but that's only because they will never look to see the good they do.

They've raised tons of money here in San Diego for everything from AIDS research to Animal Protection.

I LOVE MY SISES!

I have never had a dog in the family. I still find it interesting how a cat or dog ages in comparison to you and me.

Most of us(I know I do) take coffee for granted. In reflection I can not think of a day in my adult life that I did not have at least one a day. More often it was double figures. Of the ten following facts, I think I will take a pass on number 6.

In the news, we hear many country's names every day. Have you ever wondered how big each is? As David and Goliath showed us, in many cases, size isn't everything.

I'm so thrilled, Hungary is way bigger, than I thought :D

I was never particularly interested in facts in geography, I wasn't good in it either, so I was surprised

Kurultaj - tribal assembly of the Hun -Turkic nations, celebration of the traditions

I was there today, it was only the first day,but it was amazing. Lots of people in authentic clothing, a few horses, old weapons, toys, delicious food. I'll post some of my own pics in my gallery too.

Aw, I missed Lefties Day? D=

I broke my left arm once and writing was a terrible experience that 8 weeks.

Once I worked in a hospital and had to open all the canned foods alone, because all the other nurses were left handed. I could not believe, that noone ever brought a left handed can opener. Later I bought one as a good buy gift :-)

Come to think of it, I had little luck in medical school, I was the only one with blue eyes in our group at ophtalmology, I was the lucky one to get checked with scopes all the time. (It's easier to see, what you have to see on people with lighter eye color.)

Today is World Photography Day!

Do you have a favorite photographer? Mine is Robert Capa, from the contemporary I have many favorites.

This one from Capa could be from these days. The soldier in the middle looks like he is checking his phone :blushing: , the clothes are certainly different, but the tattoos and the hairstyle could be the same.

Happy Internaut Day!

The Internaut Day is celebrated on August 23, anniversary of the World Wide Web, which was developed in the CERN laboratories (Enquire / EV project) in Switzerland during 1989 - 1990, and opened to new users after that day in 1991.

Thanks to sir Tim Berners-Lee. - wikipedia

I don't intend it to be political, i hope it does not have to be moved to the pit:

For a few heady days in the autumn of 1956, Hungarians rose up and retook the streets from their Soviet hegemon. Soviet troops eventually reentered Budapest and crushed the uprising. But despite their eventual defeat, the Hungarian rebels of 1956 inflicted what would come to be known as "the first tear" in the Iron Curtain. Today, the exact locations of many of the most iconic photographs of the uprising can be determined, revealing that while politics have changed, the historic streets of Budapest remain remarkably similar.
