What Happend To "the Cape In August"?

I was just starting this story and then it disappeared along with everything else by Chrysoprase. Anybody know what happened? I was working my way through all his stories and quite enjoying them.

 

Are they going to be posted elsewhere?

Sometimes an author will remove stories prior to publishing them as a book. I don't know if that's the case here, though -- I'm just speculating.

I read chrysoprase's first story Pete at Forty and thought it was terrific but I was waiting for The Cape to be completed before I read it. Oh well. 

 

Hopefully, he'll write another one for us to enjoy.

:-(   This is disappointing.... I was just starting Home, and was looking forward to it.. I mean really looking forward to it..

Thank God I managed to finish both of them, but I never wrote the reviews they deserved.

 

It's a very fast and sudden disappearance, though. Very strange.
