From Battlestar Galactica the revisioned series: What do you hear? Nothing but the Rain.

The origin of this was a writer's attempt at a military-style cadence. It means nothing. Later in the series, Starbuck yells out "Nothing but the rain," after she nails a Cylone Raider and pieces of the ship hit her canopy. People falsely attribute it to that.
