What is the difference between Science Fiction, Science Fantasy, and Supernatural when it comes to Vampires?

Or is it due to what you feel is the "predominant" element? For example... if the story world is dystopian and time travel is involved, it leans more into Sci-Fi despite vampires being involved?

Or in the case of Science Fantasy, the world is fantasy in nature, but the story focuses on an alchemist trying to create advance weaponry??

Last question: Does a Utopian themed story require humans?

I have a science fantasy I am halfway through writing, where the magic is controlled by hyper advanced AI manipulating things on the quantum level... so I think, in my opinion science that is so advanced it is percieved as magic fits that category

And no, Utopia does not have to contain humans, take the CLASSIC Hyperion books as a good example of it.

Also, I just saw the "AI Consciousness" category, which might be new and fits what you're working on.

Some information from Copilot AI:

Science Fantasy vs. Science Fiction vs. Fantasy

Aspect Science Fantasy Science Fiction Fantasy
Core Elements Mix of advanced tech and magic Based on scientific principles and technology Magic, mythical creatures, supernatural forces
World-Building Combines futuristic settings with mystical lore Futuristic, space-based, or tech-driven worlds Medieval or mythical worlds
Logic Science and magic coexist, sometimes explained pseudo-scientifically Strict adherence to scientific plausibility (or at least speculative science) No need for scientific explanation
Themes Balance of wonder and reason; destiny meets technology Exploration, progress, ethics of science Heroism, good vs. evil, fate
Examples Star Wars, Dune, Shadowrun The Martian, Foundation, Neuromancer

The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Wheel of Time

Generally speaking, 'predominant' is the way to go.  It's best to avoid too many 'tangential' genres, as it dilutes too much.  Also, something to keep in mind, many of the sub-genres are genres that rely very highly on tropes.  I mean, you shouldn't slap "cozy mystery" onto any sort of Horror story, for example.

Neat, I didn't know I reached the #1 on Libertarian Sci-Fi, guess the idea of changing the structure of Medieval English society with advanced tech and creating an individual-based society focused on quality output rather than industrial quantity got readers.

Thanks guys for reading!

Also, glad that beyond me and @Myr, @RedMoon has wrote in the genre.
