Something I haven't needed to do for nearly 9 months. I was due for the next series of injections today but it's not to be. Humana does not include Ajovy in my formulary so it requires my doc request an exception. I spoke with a nurse last week about making the request and she was going to file it electronically that afternoon. Usually takes 2-3 days to make a judgement. They approved it last year so it shouldn't be an issue. As of yesterday Humana said they didn't have anything in my notes. Called the headache clinic and the nurses were gone for the day. Most are working from home so the person I spoke to took a message for them. I called again this morning and left a message on the automated system. It will take almost my entire SSD benefit for this month to pay for the med. I've been taking Ajovy since late last June and it has helped, after living with the improvement I'm terrified of be forced to return to life as it was before. 3 2

Hi, Gary. It's 8 degrees C here, but cloudy. Forecast is for showery weather tomorrow, until Friday afternoon. Suggestion that the dry spell we've had for the past week or so may be coming to an end, but that rainfall amounts will be low. Enjoy your walk. Under current restrictions, due to me being over 70, I'm not supposed to leave my house or garden. I need to pick up a prescription from a chemist (drugstore) 20 miles away in the next few days. One of the problems of living in a rural area. I may not be allowed to, so it's either a case of getting someone else to do it for me, or ringing the chemist and seeing if they will either post, or home deliver. I'd probably need to ring them, anyway, if I were to make arrangements for someone collecting it... Edited April 1, 2020 by Marty Clarification 6

We are finally supposed to get our dry spell... and the temps are staying up for the next week. Maybe it will brighten my mood. Saw my son last night... at the end of my driveway... we talked from twenty feet away. He really misses being home. 3 1 2

Popular Post Headstall Posted April 1, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 1, 2020 I spent half an hour reading instructions for putting together my new table saw... talk about misleading, confusing, and down right murky. Arghh. DeWalt should know better. I tossed them aside and looked at the saw and the pieces, and figured it out myself. Could have saved myself a lot of time. Oh, and the stand I built for it is perfect. 3 2 2 1

I think it's in the CoTT rules to give Gary grief over things like tools and chairs. 1 minute ago, Headstall said: It is pretty sweet... and I need to build another pantry so it will come in handy.
