And I should mention now that Sneakers had his scent glands removed when he was a pup. There's no danger there, but because of his animal instincts, he doesn't take it well if people manhandle his tail.

Oh, I know about Sneakers and his "surgery" . I read it when you first posted it. I don't think cats and dogs like their tails to be touched either.
