Yeah, my family and I are in good health. Most of my family are now vaccinated (except for my youngest nephew since he's still too young). Although, tbh, I'm still kinda surprised my BIL got the vaccine, because he may say he isn't anti-vaccine, but... Anyways, he probably got the vaccine due to his job requiring it. 7

They're all hippy, into the organic things, let use plants instead of medicine blablabla and yeah sure for most things it's better but not in this situation. The younger is part of a social Cafe but as she's not vaccinated she can only take part of the outdoor activities so lately she's been organizing night walks in the forest. My uncle told me she went with a group of over 50 people to walk from 10pm to 5am if it makes her happy... The older one lives in the mountain so most of her activities are already outdoors anyway like hiking but not being vaccinated she can take her toddler to the baby swimmer classes which he loved. And she doesn't want to vaccin her kid. She had to do the minimum required for the child minder but that's all. 5

Slept in for a couple of hours. Now to get busy and work on whittling down my chore list a bit. It is getting longer. If it gets too long I just start ignoring it altogether. How are you doing? 6

Popular Post dughlas Posted January 3, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 3, 2022 G'day y'all on this 10th day of Christmas. Best Lord a Leaping I could find. Mum keeps asking what I want for my bday. I keep saying I don't know. There isn't really anything. This morning we're going out for brunch after her dr appt. On Wednesday evening we're going to a highly recommended local Italian restaurant for dinner. They're not open on Monday or Tuesdays. It very windy this morning, 45+ wind gusts. 3 4

We didn't do anything in particular. Just a lazy Sunday. And Max doesn't really have a "diet", per se. We're trying to make smarter food choices as a family. 3 1

Bonjour Terry, I had 2 exams today. I'm just out of the last one and waiting for the bus to go back to the apartment. I must admit I don't feel too good about what I did but I did what I could and we'll see. I feel so drain I don't have plans for the rest of the day except lounging on the couch and losing myself in crochet stitches. How the first Monday of the year treating you? 1 6
Popular Post raven1 Posted January 3, 2022 Popular Post Posted January 3, 2022 My first Monday was a bit boring. I did get the chores caught up...some. Mostly I read and wrote comments. I have got 5 books I am following and 3 are books that are completed so I don't have to face the terrible cliffhanger. One of the books is Gary's Endings. It is a difficult book for me since it touches on some personal issues. However, reading and finding books that make me think is one of the reasons I love reading. I understand and empathise with your exam experiences. I often had those same feelings. I did live in a house with other students and talking with them helped me see that I wasn't the only one who had this type of reaction after exams. It is a wise thing to take time to lose yourself in your crocheting to keep your mind what is bothering you. Take care and have a relaxing day. 7
